Can't thank the staff enough for what they did for my mum, really caring and did everything for her, went above and beyond, would recommend them highly. Very pleased with the service, special thanks to her main carers who she really bonded with and looked forward to seeing them. Nothing was too much trouble I just wish I had this care team from the beginning. Thank you.

Meet the Team (1)
Nikki began her career as a beauty therapist, spending over a decade in London-based salons. After relocating to Doncaster in 2008, she shifted to care, starting as a Community Carer and progressing to a Supervisory role. In 2013, Nikki joined HICA as a Deputy Manager, later becoming a Trainer, and gained her CQC Registration as a Manager in 2022. She holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management and is committed to continuous learning to stay current in her field.
