Provide a caring service to my wife at home which more convenient to stay at home and looking after her. Most of the carer are very supportive and professional and we are happy to welcome them at home. Some times we have an odd one but in general the rest are very carling and my wife likes them so much. The only upsetting us is the lake of having clients visit sheet which let us know who is coming and at what time. We have to ask for it most of the time.
We are pleased to hear you are happy with the care and support your wife receives at home, thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
What a difference I changed care providers beginning February and what a difference no comparison. I am so well looked after by 2 lovely ladies and more, made me feel very much more confident in my daily life and also my health has improved and gaining weight... regular meal time hours and also when held up or running late Im always phoned and appreciate it is very much. Couldn't ask for a better service would highly recommend Radis.
I have had Radis Community Care since day 1 following my stroke almost 3 years ago. I require 2 carers 4 times a day to look after my personal care, washing, getting me up into my chair etc. During this time I have come to think of all my carers as part of the family.
Thank you for submitting such a lovely review about the care you receive from our team.
I am impressed by your response to my request for urgent help while I had to leave to attend a family funeral. Your efficient approach to the problem gave me great confidence in your company's operation.

I joined Radis in 2012 as a care worker at the Gloucester Visiting Care Service. I have progressed in my career, and I am now the Service Manager. Working from the ground up has given me great insight into everyday aspects of the business, which has enabled me to gain experience to share with the Gloucester Visiting Care team. I enjoy working for Radis, a company that has a strong vision and values, making a positive difference to people’s lives.
I started working for Radis in 2016 as an administrator and have worked within the branch ever since. In 2024, I was promoted to Deputy Manager and am proud to help Sara lead the Gloucester team.
