Great service.
Assists me nightly to the commode. Some staff member don't empty commode but I have written this on the notes, and now is emptied. Just helps my morning carers. Many thanks.
Staff friendly, wake me softly. My care only lasts 5, 10 mins a visit, help me a lot.

I am extremely pleased with the two night care carers who come into FIL twice every night. They are all lovely carers + it is lovely to meet with them when I have stayed overnight due to FIL's problems. Always very professional and caring towards FIL. He really looks forward to them coming to visit
him each night. We are very lucky to have these brilliant caring people coming in - Thank you so much. Tracy.

It is a whole year since my rehabilitation began at home under the dedicated care team at Radis. They have supported me and my family. Giving me space for my dignity and independence. Some very difficult and trying times, especially over the past few months whilst living through building work whilst
my garage was converted into a bedroom/ wet room. Thank you to you all, office staff, nurses and carers who have supported me throughout. As we go into 2026 I am confident that with you support that my life at home will be further enhanced.

The staff are friendly and take good care of my mum, all her needs are met with care and the office staff are great if we do have problems with my mum they are always willing to help and are always in contact with me.

Mum has alzhiemer's disease and can be very aggressive but the staff are always very patient with her. When she is grumpy they always manage to turn into a fun bout and make her laugh. They know how to handle her and just what she needs.

We are very pleased with the care given to my husband. Any problems are sorted straight away. All the carers are friendly, they ask my husband what his needs are each day. They treat him with respect and meet his needs. They were also able to add another call as I struggled due to ill health myself.

I've had a few care agencies for my dad and hands down they are the best.
They are all friendly and professional and my dad feels really comfortable with them.
They are very reliable and accommodating and have many times gone above and beyond to help when they can.
I would easily recommend Radis
to any of my family and friends and I am really pleased with their service.

Things are good, I've now got regular carers who know my routine. Even my overly protective cat is happy with the regular carers. Can't fault the staff I have, they are fantastic and go above and beyond for me.
Office staff are again all lovely, forgetful at times but understandable with their workload
so reminding them helps on occasion.
Definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Radis looked after my mom for 5 years & in all that time the carers looked after her. The care was impeccable right up until my mom passed away in January 2024. I cannot put into words how amazing they all are so compassionate, kind & caring to her plus always there for us as a family. They have given

All the carers are great and treat me with respect and listen to my needs. Unfortunately there is no communication between the carers and the office staff. Also I would like a bit more communication, if a carer is held up or your normal carer is unfortunately off sick it would be nice if the office
could contact the client to inform them. On the whole I do get a call even if there is someone off but there have been times I have had a call to say there literally isn't anyone which is a big inconvenience for me and not fair on my friend to have to come and sort me out.

We have used Radis live-in care for 2 years to provide the assistance my Mum and Dad both needed in order to stay together in their own home. After it became apparent that visiting carers 4 times a day was not enough continuous care for my parents, we found Radis.
The live-in carer and temporary cover
at all times were kind, attentive, friendly, professional and brilliant at the job we couldn't do.
They provided personal support and great meals, helped with housework and were an essential help to me too, otherwise it would not have been possible to keep Mum and Dad at home for so long.
I would not hesitate for a second in recommending using Radis for any family in need of care at home.
Five stars for care and attention and value for money.

My father was shown absolute kindness for his needs. My father was a difficult person and pushed the live-in carer to their limit, but they persevered and made his time with them comfortable.
So much appreciation for the carers and management.
Highly recommend.

My experience with Radis was really excellent - I was so fortunate to find such a competent team to lead the care and support me in looking after my aunt over a period of over three years of her slowly declining health. She was cared for by two really long-term carers who were absolutely brilliant -
personable, trustworthy, kind and competent - and with whom she formed a strong personal bond. The Radis supervisor sorted everything out and took all the stress and worry out of finding carers and then relief carers to fill in during holidays. I don't know how I would have managed without them and I am extremely grateful to the whole team. Thank you.

Don't arrive on the times they took you on and agreed the times and to give an earlier time. Some calls are two hours late. The times the carer arrived and left don't match the log sheet. Like everywhere some good some bad staff. Office staff just give you a runaround, one said one thing and the next
another to cover their mistakes. Wouldn't recommend it if you want good care. Won't come early for a medical appointment so have to cancel appointments.

After sadly losing Mum unexpectedly, we needed additional support to help with Dad's complex palliative needs. I was anxious about going on holiday while being able to ensure Dad's ongoing care needs were met. Radis provided a live-in carer while I was away. The manager came to discuss his personal
preferences, needs and how they could best support him. They understood both his health and personal needs, including that he was grieving for my mum. The carer that came was kind, skilled and experienced, while also respecting Dad's need for privacy, respect and desire for independence as much as possible. While I was away Dad's health unfortunately declined, but his carer supported his needs, ensuring communication with me, his doctor and the hospital, keeping me updated as much as possible. I cannot express how grateful both my dad and I were for this support. I would recommend Radis Live In Carers, for both long-term support or for that much-needed respite - the difference it made was immeasurable.
