Kiran Marshman is ours is our Service Manager covering the South of the country.

She has worked in the Health and Social Care Sector since 2008, predominantly in domiciliary care and extra care. Kiran has previously been a Service Manager for extra care independent living schemes and then went on to work for the local authority in Swindon as an Assistance Care Manager within the Hospital Social Work Team. She has a degree in Health and Social Care.

Kiran is passionate about supporting people to live in their own homes for as long as they choose and considers this to be an individual’s right. Kiran is determined to work in a person centre way, to ensure every individual is supported with care and support that meets their needs and choices. I have been in the care industry since 1992. My first job was in South Africa in a Psychiatric Hospital, after I obtained an Enrolled Nursing Assistant Certificate from the South African Nursing Council.

I love my job & I have always had the desire of helping people from different backgrounds, with different care needs. I have experience working with people with complex health needs, as well as supporting people with basic daily living tasks.

I have been in the care industry since 2003 and have worked in nursing homes. I have been a live-in care worker since 2016 when I first joined Radis. I have worked with a variety of service users with differing needs including mental health, learning disabilities, dementia and Multiple Sclerosis.
