With over two decades of experience in the social care sector, Donna has built a solid foundation in delivering compassionate, high-quality care. Donna began her career as a caregiver and progressively advanced through various roles, culminating in my position as Care Operations Manager and Head of Business Development.

As the Head of Live-in Services and Registered Manager, Donna is responsible for overseeing both the strategic and operational aspects of the services we provide. Donna's role ensures that the team delivers exceptional live-in care to individuals across England and Wales.

Donna is deeply committed to empowering individuals to remain in the comfort of their own homes for as long as they wish, surrounded by the memories and environment that are meaningful to them. This dedication to promoting independence and quality of life is at the core of her professional ethos.

Kiran Marshman is ours is our Service Manager covering the South of the country.

She has worked in the Health and Social Care Sector since 2008, predominantly in domiciliary care and extra care. Kiran has previously been a Service Manager for extra care independent living schemes and then went on to work for the local authority in Swindon as an Assistance Care Manager within the Hospital Social Work Team. She has a degree in Health and Social Care.

Kiran is passionate about supporting people to live in their own homes for as long as they choose and considers this to be an individual’s right. Kiran is determined to work in a person centre way, to ensure every individual is supported with care and support that meets their needs and choices. Kiran strives for the best quality of service for each individual with care and support needs.

Hello, my name is Winterose.

I have been in the care industry since 1992. My first job was in South Africa in a Psychiatric Hospital, after I obtained an Enrolled Nursing Assistant Certificate from the South African Nursing Council.

I love my job & I have always had the desire of helping people from different backgrounds, with different care needs. I have experience working with people with complex health needs, as well as supporting people with basic daily living tasks.

Providing personal care, maintaining dignity at all times & promoting independence are very important to me. I like supporting my clients to remain comfortable & safe at all times.

I have always had excellent relationships not only with the person I support but also with their families & other health professionals & I enjoy working with other health professionals to ensure my client continues to get the best possible care at all times.

I am a very caring, dedicated, approachable & reliable person. I am a good listener & I am also very patient. My inner satisfaction comes from making a person happy & this is what matters to me.

Hello, my name is Jessica.

I have been in the care industry since 2003 and have worked in nursing homes. I have been a live-in care worker since 2016 when I first joined Radis. I have worked with a variety of service users with differing needs including mental health, learning disabilities, dementia and Multiple Sclerosis.

I am honest, courteous, well-presented and a reliable individual. I am always smiling and have a very positive outlook on life.

I take pride in excellent time-keeping and have a strong sense of responsibility, always completing any tasks given to the highest standard. I am organised and work effectively in a team environment or unsupervised using my own initiative. I am eager to accept new challenges and willing to undertake any training given to enhance my career prospects.

I enjoy road trips, cooking, going to church, watching TV, reading, gardening, walking, spending time with family, singing in church and being helpful to those who need it.

Hello, my name is Daniela.

I have worked in care since 2015 and have supported a number of different conditions including Dementia, Alzheimer’s, blindness, Huntingdon’s Disease and Stroke. I consider working within the live-in care industry to be the greatest reward as it allows me to spend quality time with a client and to concentrate my efforts on one person. It gives me the possibility to develop a meaningful relationship with the client and enables me to understand their likes and dislikes.

I am sociable and understanding, I like getting out and about and encouraging the service users to do so if they are able. I have a good relationship with the families as well as with those I support. I like to go to church if I am able.

In my spare time, I enjoy going out. I also like to travel and I am happy to do this alone, meeting new people. I enjoy reading, walking and travelling. I like to be out in the fresh air and I like to see new people and places whenever I can. I like going to church when I am able.
