Radis Community Care is a family-run organisation that has been providing community-based care since 2001.

Across Shrewsbury, Wem, Whitchurch, Market Drayton and surrounding areas, the friendly team of care workers pride themselves in helping people to remain as independent and well as possible in their own homes by providing the support that they need with everyday tasks such as preparing meals, cleaning and laundry, personal care, getting dressed, taking medication at the right times and support getting out and about.

The team is experienced in supporting people with a range of different needs including frail older people and those with physical and learning disabilities, dementia, mental health problems and other support needs. They also offer clients with complex health needs clinical care in their own homes, under the supervision of Radis' qualified nurses.

My sister's care is mostly ok but is sometimes not always right for her needs. I have asked and sought changes to help her care be better for her. But no changes have happened so far.

Although I am writing this review, I have asked my wife for her comments. She is quite happy with the care she receives, although, has said that she would like to be listened to more. From my perspective, I would like more attention given to encouraging my wife to do some craft work or small household
chores. Also, I would like my wife to be taken out more, but realise her mobility is a problem. Hopefully, this would be possible with COVID restrictions being lifted.

My husband's care is very much appreciated. He is very reliant on his carers and has become very attached to them. Sometimes he can be a challenge to them, but the carers have their way of handling him. Depending on what mood he is in when he awakes, there are plenty of laughs and sometimes moans. All
