Staff arrive in a timely manner. Always polite and helpful. Take my daughter to local store to buy a bottled drink. Then onto local mencap club, where they will join in with the activities of the club members and my daughter. My daughter is always happy to see the two main members of staff who come to take her out.

The care our nephew receives is wonderful. His team are loving, kind and respectful in all they do for him. As a family we would not cope without them, they make it possible for him to be in his own home. We thank them in our hearts every day.

Very professional, on time ensured my husband treated with dignity when he ushers out when being changed.

The carers of Radis Community Care are a lovely bunch. My father receives night-time care from them. They always leave him comfortable and well cared for. At one point I did have concerns about where he was being placed on the bed. I rang with my concerns they were very happy to resolve this for me. It hasn't been in issue since. I'd happily recommend Radis Community Care.

The carers come to me twice at night. They are always excellent and always feel safe.

My cousin receives amazing care. I do not know what we would do without them. His team are dedicated to him, he is looked after with respect and dignity. Thank you for your continued support.

I like that Paul comes to my flat, he helps me clean, paint and shop. He also makes me laugh.

Staff friendly, wake me softly. My care only lasts 5, 10 mins a visit, help me a lot.

I am extremely pleased with the two night care carers who come into FIL twice every night. They are all lovely carers + it is lovely to meet with them when I have stayed overnight due to FIL's problems. Always very professional and caring towards FIL. It is a whole year since my rehabilitation began at home under the dedicated care team at Radis. They have supported me and my family. Giving me space for my dignity and independence. Some very difficult and trying times, especially over the past few months whilst living through building work whilst my garage was converted into a bedroom/ wet room. Thank you to you all, office staff, nurses and carers who have supported me throughout. As we go into 2026 I am confident that with you support that my life at home will be further enhanced.

The staff are friendly and take good care of my mum, all her needs are met with care and the office staff are great if we do have problems with my mum they are always willing to help and are always in contact with me.

All staff are excellent and caring and make recommendations.

My sister's care is mostly ok but is sometimes not always right for her needs. I have asked and sought changes to help her care be better for her. But no changes have happened so far.

Although I am writing this review, I have asked my wife for her comments. She is quite happy with the care she receives, although, has said that she would like to be listened to more. From my perspective, I would like more attention given to encouraging my wife to do some craft work or small household chores. Also, I would like my wife to be taken out more, but realise her mobility is a problem. Hopefully, this would be possible with COVID restrictions being lifted.

My husband's care is very much appreciated. He is very reliant on his carers and has become very attached to them. Sometimes he can be a challenge to them, but the carers have their way of handling him. Depending on what mood he is in when he awakes, there are plenty of laughs and sometimes moans. All in all, everything is fine!
