Roberts care helped my friend with going out in the community, the staff went above and beyond for my friend and went out their way to do small things around the home. They supported her to become independent and made her realise she could do things for herself which was great to see her smile.

Wonderful carers, the patience they have is amazing, can't fault any aspect of the care they give my cousin, they must be well trained. Very reliable, perfect timekeeping and they really do care. That's only a couple of months my cousin has had care from Roberts Care, long may it continue.

I have always found the care staff to be very conscientious and prepared to do additional work when it was required. Communication with the provider has improved recently and that has elicited a greater degree of confidence in the service. No complaints about the standards of service.

I am looked after mainly by two members of staff from Roberts Care along with a third carer some days. I was extremely anxious about starting to receive care as I struggled to build relationships with new people and especially within my own home. They have been a total godsend, I look forward to them
coming in even on the days when I'm too poorly to get up, even a chat and attending to my basic needs they lift my spirits and they are so good with my dog who means the world to me. They have supported me through all different scenarios and are always kind, patient and compassionate even when I'm being difficult. I am so thankful for them and their support they are a great service.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  • a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.

    The Average Rating of 4.857 for Roberts Care is calculated as follows: ( (24 Excellents x 5) + (4 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 28 Ratings = 4.857

  • b) 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').

    The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 2 points in total for each of the next 9 Positive Reviews (1st = 3, 2nd = 0.5, 3rd = 0.5, 4th = 0.25, 5th = 0.25, 6th = 0.1, 7th = 0.1, 8th = 0.1, 9th = 0.1, 10th = 0.1)

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Roberts Care is based on 5 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.25 + 0.25 = 4.5

  • When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.

  • If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
