Most of the girls have been very good at all times. I really liked a particular lady for the last 3 or more years but she left at the beginning of this month so now two ladies who come to me are good, except one wears very long nails. I don't mind but maybe not professional.
Although the price for care goes up early, I hope the carers are rewarded. They are pleasant, friendly and helpful. Some are especially good but all are willing to learn. I have used Bluebird Care since 2014 and I could not manage without them.
The carers are good and friendly.
My husband's carer was a lovely woman and took very good care of him whilst I was able to get on with thing's or enjoy a much-needed break.
Service arranged by Croydon Carer Support Centre. Very happy with the service. Lovely regular carer, very professional. No complaints at all.
Carers are all nice people and interact well with their clients. Sometimes too much and we run out of time to complete some tasks. Very good at handling recycling and rubbish. Would like them to do more in tidying the kitchen instead of leaving it all to me. Again this is a question of timing/focussing.
I have always found Bluebird staff to be reliable and very professional in the services they provide. It is important to build a strong trust with those caring for loved family members and this is certainly the case with Bluebird. The carers are reliable and thorough in their duties and have become friends to my Aunt. The level of care is extremely good and is much appreciated by the family. The office staff are equally efficient and friendly which makes dealing with them very easy. They do what they say they will do and always do their very best to assist. The management team also reflect these qualities and have been of great assistance, their expertise in the care of the elderly has been invaluable thank you. I would confidently recommend Bluebird to anyone in need of Home Care.
I find the care I receive is of a very high standard.
Easy to communicate with, friendly, helpful and caring.
We have been using this excellent service since January.
Everyone we have been involved with through the journey has been a great ambassador for their team and gone the extra mile to make sure that my mum has received the very best care and attention. Well done Bluebird!
Always helpful and friendly and on time, have formed a good relationship nothing too much trouble.
Although I was not used to a daily visit Bluebird Care worked out quite well while my daughter was away in Australia for 10 weeks. My carer was cheerful and encouraging and did several small household jobs for me ie. help with laundry, hoovering, recycling waste.
I am completely satisfied and I am being well looked after.
I am 101 years old and am happy with the arrangement.
Everyone at the office has always been courteous, friendly and helpful.
Staff seem to have stabilised and this makes a lot of difference to our father who responds much better when visited by regular staff who he knows.
Carer demonstrates her work experience and is caring, very patient and understanding to the client. Also very friendly and always happy when speaking to the client.
