Just Call 4 Care Services

Me and my family enquired on Just Call 4 Care Services to be able to care our Nan whilst it was my wedding. They were so professional in getting the service we needed by dedicating a carer that specifically spoke Panjabi to be able to assist my Nan at the wedding. We were assured that my Nan was able to be accommodated to and from the wedding with a carer she felt comfortable. My Nan couldn't stop praising her carer after and the service!

Absolutely appalling service. My elderly Mum lived alone and was constantly left at risk by carers leaving her front door unlocked, overnight! This happened on many occasions and when challenged I simply received a lame ‘sorry, it won’t happen again' but of course it did. Also, carers, I use the term loosely. No empathy, no conversation, barely a service at all. Avoid if you care for the well-being of your loved ones.

Call 4 Care Services were chosen by the local council for my aunt who had a stroke 18 months ago. There was never an occasion they didn't turn up - totally reliable and lovely ladies. They treated my aunt with dignity, care and kindness. She looked forward to their visits. I would definitely recommend them. Some of the visits were a little short but they always made sure she was fed and changed if needed. It's a hard job and the roads and traffic being so bad in the area, need to be mindful of this. This service allowed my aunt to stay in her home until she passed away. Thank you all Call 4 Care staff. You really do a great job.
