They offer a spectrum of care packages designed to support individuals in their own homes, ranging from basic daily assistance to advanced clinical support, all overseen by a dedicated Clinical Lead Registered General Nurse (RGN).

Domiciliary Care: Flexible support with daily living activities, including personal hygiene tasks (washing, dressing, bathing, continence care), meal preparation, medication reminders, light household tasks, and general companionship.

Live-in Care: Comprehensive, round-the-clock support designed around an individual's specific lifestyle and preferences to maximize comfort and independence

Complex Care: Specialised clinical services for long-term conditions, acquired brain or spinal cord injuries, neurological conditions (e.g., MS, MND), and end-of-life care.
This includes specific clinical interventions such as:
- Respiratory management
- Tracheostomy care
- Gastrostomy feeding
- Epilepsy support
- Stoma and catheter care
- Moving and positioning, including safe use of hoisting equipment
- Support with accessing the community for essential activities like shopping, appointments, or social leisure activities

The carers from Blossom are very well-trained and pleasant to deal with. They treat my mum with respect and talk to her cheerfully. She is very happy with the services they provide. The carers are happy to accomodate her personal needs and wants, and they take good care of her. Whenever a delay occurs
(due to traffic and roadworks) the company phone me and keep me informed. They are all very professional and do their best. We've had other care agencies before, but Blossom is definitely better. Thank you.

Blossom Healthcare were excellent in the care they gave my father. Very polite and nothing was a problem for them to do. Office staff were always at the end of the telephone so you could discuss any matters ad gave advice when needed.

The carers to all the office staff & management were absolutely amazing. The carers thoroughly cleaned and made my father in law super comfortable every day four times a day. They made his time at home happy to be alive. On days when he was feeling down about being bed bound the carers would sing to
him & cheer him up or even do a little dance. They went above & beyond their duty as carers informing us to ring drs or district nurses if they noticed anything different about him in general, the carers made our lives much easier & happier too. The office always rang to let us know if different or new carers were coming. They were very helpful all the time. I cannot say enough of how lovely & professional all of Blossom Care Solutions was for the four months my father in law was home. Thank you to everyone at Blossom

Staff was respectful, compassionate, efficient, friendly, considerate and helpful at all times. The office was always at the other end of telephone to help and assist with any queries. I would certainly recommend if the need arise.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the standard of care provided to my elderly mother.
The carers change from time to time however they are polite and reliable.
There have been a few problems in recent years as follows;
1) The front door was left open with the key which meant anyone could have entered
the house. 2) One of the carers was recently suspended due to inappropriate behaviour.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the standard of care.

I would just like to say your service has been excellent ever since Mum came out of hospital back in August 2024, with Mum now on palliative care, this has been a life changing experience for myself, as her son, and my wife but with your help and support, it has let us continue with our jobs and knowing
she is in good hands while we are out at work and the weekends have been made easier to let us continue with our hobbies and the freedom to pop out during the day. I would like to give a special thank you to all the carers who have been the main faces we have seen and Mum has made a very special bond with them and trusts them and looks forward to them coming in.
The office staff have always kept us updated on any changes on the day, whether it's staff changes or timings of visits.
Again, a massive thank you to everyone that has supported us.

We have found the overall care provided by Blossom Healthcare Solutions to be excellent. The four carers my elderly mum has are all kind, courteous and very patient with her. They work very effectively with the district nurses, physios and occupational therapists to provide continuity of care. They
are professional and thorough with her personal care. They ensure that she has a balanced, healthy diet and always give her a choice of meals. There is excellent communication between the carers, the office and myself and the carers are enabling my mum to remain in her own home which is what she wants to be able to do. My mum says that, 'We end up laughing most of the time'. We, as a family, are all very happy with every aspect of Blossom Healthcare Solutions and would recommend them.

I cannot thank Palmerstone Homecare enough for all their kindness and support to my mother. She came home from the hospice and the team started the next day, having never met us as a family, or my mother. They came in smiling and chatty and put us at ease immediately. They have been considerate of Mum's
well-being at all times. These carers are like angels. They have taken the pressure off me and the family.
