The owner and manager frequently complete visits themselves to ensure they keep in touch with you and that their high standards are maintained.

Sally and Sarah Care provided care for both my mother and father in their home from October 2021 until mum's death in October 2023 and subsequently just for my father up to present and continuing.
I cannot fault their service or attention to the needs of the client. Without their domiciliary care my
father, who suffers from dementia, would be in a nursing home now, whereas with their continuing care he is still able to live at home.
Mum was bedbound and immobile for the last year of her life and their help was invaluable in making her last days comfortable, which was a blessing both for her and the family around her.

Both my parents have benefitted from the wonderful care of the Sally and Sarah Care team. Without exception the carers are friendly and compassionate, preserving dignity while carrying out sometimes difficult tasks.
The carers are very attentive to individual's needs; mum was nursed with wonderful
care in her final year and dad is currently facing the increasing challenges of dementia with the unwavering support of the care team.
I would recommend Sally and Sarah Care without reservation, they embody what care, dignity, compassion and safety should be.

Sally and Sarah Care provided my care for approximately 8 years and I was always very happy with both the company and the care delivered. The management team were easy to contact, were always receptive to my individual and at times, challenging needs and they personally, intermittently reviewed my care
at home.
The care staff were excellent and always highly professional. They had a period of induction if they were new to you and they were taught the routine of the visit. I always found all the staff to be punctual, caring, polite, engaging and trustworthy. Visits were rarely rushed and the carers clearly had enough travelling time between visits to get to you punctually. There was good continuity of care with only a few carers being involved with your care at any one time. Due to a very recent change in personal circumstances, I am presently not a client but would highly recommend this company. You can probably find cheaper care but I think you get what you pay for.

I have received care from Sally and Sarah Care since 2014 when nerve damage impacted my mobility. I live on my own and they have been very open to changing the care I receive as my needs have developed, from accompanying me on walks to helping me attend medical appointments. The staff are friendly and
reliable and provide me with social companionship. Management are efficient and I would rate them highly, especially following changes in the last few years. Sally and Sarah Care have helped me live a fulfilled life over this difficult time.

Sarah McLain and Sally Tremlett started their company in 2010, after identifying a need to provide care that their family and friends would want and expect. Both had a nursing background.


They believed that the best way to do this was to provide visits that are unhurried, and care that is personalised.


Sarah McLain continues to manage the company on a day-to-day basis and is very involved, ensuring standards remain high and her team hold a shared vision for care that always goes the extra mile.

Pauline joined the company in August 2021, also with a nursing background and extensive business experience.


Pauline & Sarah work closely together day to day, regularly visit clients and carefully select our staff. They remain committed to providing the same standard of care they would want for their own family members.
