Sally and Sarah Care

I cannot thank Sally and Sarah Care enough for the kindness and compassion they have shown to my mother. The carers took the time to get to know Mam and what she needed and were a source of great companionship to her. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I would not hesitate to recommend them. A professional service but exceptionally caring too.

Sally and Sarah Care provided care for my Mum for several years until her death. Starting with one visit a day for Mum in her own home and eventually providing 4 visits a day and extensive personal care. This increasing requirement was met with great compassion and professionalism which ensured that Mum retained her independence as long as possible and very importantly kept her dignity and autonomy. All the staff were so lovely making the whole experience as positive as it could be, we are eternally grateful for them making a difficult situation easier and highly recommend the company.

Then Mum had a fall and went into hospital and a home to recover. The care service started again as Mum came to live with my sister. Mum needed much more care as she was unable to move independently. They were all so kind and caring, helping Mum with respect and keeping her dignity, whilst also being fun and engaging. They were a huge help until Mum's death and attended her funeral. I can't recommend them too highly.

Sally and Sarah Care provided me with peace of mind and excellent support at a time when I needed some help with Mum as I lived a distance away. The staff were always thoughtful and adapted to changing needs. Mum has now moved to be near me, we wouldn't have managed without them.

My mother has needed the carers from Sally and Sarah Care since 2017. She suffers from dementia and over the years her needs have steadily increased. At each decline Sally and Sarah have responded and managed the growing list of tasks professionally and with extreme care enabling my mother to keep her dignity and as much independence as possible.

Sally and Sarah Care is a most exceptional service. Nothing is too much for the staff or the admin team. They are a very professional and most efficient yet such a caring company. My sister regards the team as an addition to her family. If you are looking for a care service I fully recommend them or if you are looking to work in this service they consider all staff members' well-being too.

Mum was bedbound and immobile for the last year of her life and their help was invaluable in making her last days comfortable, which was a blessing both for her and the family around her.

The care staff were excellent and always highly professional. They had a period of induction if they were new to you and they were taught the routine of the visit. I always found all the staff to be punctual, caring, polite, engaging and trustworthy. Visits were rarely rushed and the carers clearly had enough travelling time between visits to get to you punctually. There was good continuity of care with only a few carers being involved with your care at any one time. Due to a very recent change in personal circumstances, I am presently not a client but would highly recommend this company. You can probably find cheaper care but I think you get what you pay for.

I have received care from Sally and Sarah Care since 2014 when nerve damage impacted my mobility. I live on my own and they have been very open to changing the care I receive as my needs have developed, from accompanying me on walks to helping me attend medical appointments. The staff are friendly and reliable and provide me with social companionship. Management are efficient and I would rate them highly, especially following changes in the last few years. Sally and Sarah Care have helped me live a fulfilled life over this difficult time.
