Outstanding, caring, loving, supportive, punctual these are just a few of the qualities that the ladies from Sally and Sarah care have. From the first day that Maggie arrived I knew Mum was going to be cared for in a manner that I would want to care for Mum myself. The ladies came in on a morning and evening to assist Mum, making Mum feel comfortable and at ease. The quality of their care is first class and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs private care. Thank you to everyone at Sally and Sarah care for the support you have given my family whilst looking after Mum.

It is coming up to six months since I approached Sally & Sarah on the recommendation of a friend. My mam has dementia and although dad was coping with her care some help was needed. We could not be happier with the service we have received. The carers are always on time and have been nothing but patient and understanding. The app completed every visit is excellent and very reassuring in understanding how mam is doing. I could not recommend Sally & Sarah care highly enough - true caring professionals.

I just wanted to say that the carers who come in to support my mum each day are truly wonderful. They're not just kind and respectful, but they really do go above and beyond. They're always on time, always considerate, and they never make anything feel like it's too much trouble. It's really reassuring to know my mum is in such good hands. They've made a huge difference for her, and we're genuinely grateful for everything they do.

Sally & Sarah are the best thing we have ever done! Our close friend needed care after several weeks in hospital. We tried various different agencies with similar issues. After a recommendation we contacted Sally & Sarah. From the beginning they were so professional. Full assessment done of client, house and needs before they committed to say they could provide his care. They asked questions we had never been asked before and suggested things we had never thought of. Same ladies that visit and photo provided with names. We are 7 months in now and could not be happier! He says I can set my watch by them. They are never late and spend the full allocated time at the house. Once personal care is done they do light house work, changing bed, washing and ironing. This has taken a lot of pressure off me too doing these extra things which allows me time to be able to just sit and chat with him or go out for lunch. We honestly do not know how we managed without them. We wish we found them sooner

We are coming into year 9 of our dementia journey with Mam and during that time we have tried a few other agencies in addition to Private Carers. We approached Sally and Sarah's to provide care at the back end of 2024, 2 staff came out and did a very thorough needs assessment with Mam - they were the first agency that did this. The agency has a small team of highly trained and experienced staff - my Mam generally gets the same carer on every visit, the team are very receptive to feedback and ensure that during their visits Mam is treated with dignity and respect. Since we have started using Sally & Sarah's, the team have been on time every visit and have also provided care for my Dad if needed - again treating him with dignity and respect. From the outset, the assessment process took time to understand my mums needs and ensured that the care plan included important aspects of care relating to my mum. The carers who visit are experienced at managing challenges in dementia, for example when my mum is reluctant to get changed or showered and are very skilled at navigating this and responding appropriately. My mums spoken communication is impaired so it is difficult to express her feelings verbally, however seeing her big smile when the carers attend speaks much more than any words can.

They not only care for my husband but I feel like they care about me too.

We have a regular carer who takes my Mother shopping once a week, the carer has established a wonderful rapport with my Mother who has Alzheimers with Vascular Dementia & they invariably have a chat & a laugh. It has been a wonderful help to me both mentally & physically, especially following my hip surgery. As a retired nurse I feel that the carer provides the attention that I would give my Mother, who certainly looks forward to these visits rather than seeing them as an imposition. The carer takes time to engage with my Mother which is so important to someone with her diagnosis. I would highly recommend Sally & Sarah Care and I find the App that provides feedback on the visits really useful.

Following a dementia diagnosis, needed some additional support to assist with my mam. Investigated different providers and options before deciding to use their service. Sally and Sarah Care run a small team of ladies, this is ideal to get what I consider as an important criteria and that is the continuity of care and this has been provided from initial contact to the latest visit. For now the visits are for companionship, mam has engaged with and accepted her 'visitors' this says a lot about the ladies who visit, each carer has taken time to get to know mam. I also know that if further support is required, all that's needed is to contact the office and the request will be accommodated. For further peace of mind, every visit is logged and reported via an easy to use app.

Exceptional care and companionship. I cannot recommend Sally and Sarah Care highly enough. When my mum, who has dementia, needed daily visits to support her while living independently, I was incredibly anxious about finding the right carers-especially as I live over 400 miles away. Mum was initially hesitant about having someone come into her home, but Sally and Sarah Care exceeded all my expectations. Mum's primary carer has been an absolute gem. She has provided the care and support Mum needs and has become a true friend to her. Mum genuinely looks forward to this carer's visits, and knowing Mum is not just being cared for but cared about has been a huge comfort to me. I can check on her progress daily through the app, which is such an excellent tool for keeping me connected. I cannot praise this service too highly. The managers and staff are friendly and kind with great integrity, sensitivity and skill. We are always consulted and kept informed. My mother is comfortable with everyone who comes and we all look forward to the daily visits. I have no hesitation in recommending this service.

Sally & Sarah Care are amicably professional and always strive to accommodate our ad-hoc home care requests. The caring ladies had the time to travel, were punctual, easy to get on with and were very capable from the mundane to the intimacies of personal care, with patience and respect during their 3 visits a day. If they needed more time to complete tasks past the standard visit time, this would be accommodated too.

The ladies also took on board the needs of our dog, feeding her, changing the water daily and letting her out into the back garden as required. It was appreciated both the manager and admin ladies took the time to visit and get to know my partner more and confirm her requirements were being met. Appreciated too the caring ladies were not aloof or impervious to the care needs and personality of my partner, rather, they engaged with her and took the time. Would highly recommend it. Mum was officially diagnosed with dementia recently. We have struggled for months to support Mum and we realised that we did need some additional help. My sister sent me a list of carers and your company stood out from my first review of the list. We had an initial meeting in Mum's home and from this first interaction, I just knew we had chosen the right people for Mum. Mum was very apprehensive about the first visit by the carers but this went so well and Mum really enjoyed the interaction and feeling pampered by them. Initially, we had visits 3 times a week and soon realised that Mum was so much better in herself on the days that the carers visited. We decided to increase the visits to 5 days a week (Monday-Friday), this was accommodated straight away for us. Mum is just so much better since the visits started, we get a daily update via the app and I can relax once I have read the details. Thank you to your lovely carers for making such a difference to Mum and our family.

I looked for 3 things in selecting a care company. 1. Pleasant and helpful staff with an easygoing approach. 2. Straightforward paperwork and information- no prolonged bureaucracy. 3. Rapid and efficient response- important in the taking of medications and dealing with medical appointments. I received all 3 of the above from Sally and Sarah Care and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Mum was recently diagnosed with dementia and as a family we were really struggling and needed some help. From my very first interaction with Sally and Sarah I knew I had made the right choice of care provider. From the lady who took the initial phone call being so understanding, to the meeting with the Managers everyone was so lovely. Mum loves 'her ladies' visiting. She has the same 2 carers all the time and they have a good laugh with her whilst performing their essential tasks. Mum's mental health and general wellbeing has improved so much since we started using Sally and Sarah which in turn makes life a lot less stressful for us too. Sally and Sarah were very accommodating when I asked for additional visits whilst I was on holiday and then on a more long-term basis. The carers are always on time and update a great app so that we know how the visit went and if there are any concerns etc. Thank you for everything.

The team are always punctual, thorough and respectful. We find the team so very caring and obliging and have helped my mother live independently well into her 90's.
