Mike Riglin Nursing

I cannot recommend Mike Riglin Nursing highly enough. Everyone from all the office staff to the carers have been wonderful. My mother had carers for a number of years before she sadly passed away in February 2025. They were kind and caring, always treated mum with dignity and respect. She looked forward to their visits and developed a close relationship with them all. During difficult times the carers also supported myself and my sister for which we are so grateful. All mum' s carers attended her funeral which we really appreciated.

Good quality service. Always go above and beyond for my mum who was unfortunately diagnosed with dementia. Their carers are professional in their business and are proactive in ensuring my mum's needs are met.

The agency have been very accommodating with all aspects of our home care for Mum. The carers are punctual and the service provided is to a good standard. We were recommended Mike Riglin by the Hospice nurses so that in itself is an endorsement for the company.

What more can one say? I am very pleased that you have received such a good rating and trust you will be able to continue to receive similar plaudits in the future.

The most terrible care agency we have ever been with! The woman who runs the care agency has a poor attitude. Was extremely rude to my dad and when the carer broke our teapot she said nothing! Also when the carer broke our teapot she said nothing to us. She didn't even tell us she broke it! They never refunded us for this or even apologised for breaking it. The carer never asked how my sister was ever. But the main issue was the manager who runs it. She had a terrible attitude and said to my dad well if you are going to be all fussy.
