Valleywood office people are very good and helpful.

Valleywood Care has been responsible for the care of my father-in-law and mother-in-law for over four years. During that time all aspects of the service have been first-class. The management are approachable and friendly with a proactive ethos. The carers have been 100% understanding of the client's needs which have been ever-changing over time. They have been instrumental in assisting myself and my wife in many challenging situations. I highly recommend this company.

To find out my husband has a terminal illness was devastating. To have carers from Valleywood Care was, at first, daunting for both of us. However, the care, thought and experience they have shown is remarkable. The staff are exceptional. They make you feel comfortable within your home, will help with anything and let alone looking after my husband they also take the time to look after me. It is an absolute pleasure to have them. You all do a fantastic job and a big thank you.

The services of this company, management and care staff are attentive, professional and have great knowledge and experience in the needs we required for my elderly father in law who relies on the services of Valleywood Care. We have been using this company for some time now on a daily basis and care staff have always been punctual and most helpful even staying behind to help in emergency situations. On occasion, we have needed help and advise on care decisions regarding who to speak to within the NHS maze of departments and Valleywood Care have told us on occasion not only the right department but also the right people to advise us. Valleywood is a credit to its directors, managers and staff. I strongly recommend this company and hope they continue to set the high standard other companies can only strive to reach. We will continue to use Valleywood Care whilst finances allow with or without the assistance of the NHS or council funding. Well done to all.
