Valleywood cared for my father in the months prior to his death at home. They provided thoughtful, supportive and friendly care to my dad and were caring and supportive toward us as a family too. My dad was treated with the utmost dignity and respect, as were we. They went above and beyond to support us and we as a family will be forever grateful. Valleywood are now caring for my mum who is also at home on palliative care. They are extremely reliable and the staff are so friendly and caring. We're incredibly lucky to have them by our side. The staff skills are amazing. They are all well-trained and very thoughtful. They are kept running smoothly by a highly experienced office and management team. I wouldn't use anyone else. I'm so grateful for their support. They are the best there is. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering home care for their family member or loved one. They will not let you down.

My wife has a nasty sore on stomach which was noticed by the carer and was rebated. A nurse came straightaway and the correct cream was applied. The sore disappeared. Job done excellent.

I am greatly appreciative of the help Valleywood carers give me. They are all so cheerful and pleasant and cheer me up immediately when they arrive. Their care is professional and give great assistance to me. They are a tonic and help me cope with the day.

I have found the staff to be very caring and professional, friendly and understanding. Nothing is too much for them to make the client comfortable, even when at times he doesn't make it easy.

To find out my husband has a terminal illness was devastating. To have carers from Valleywood Care was, at first, daunting for both of us. However, the care, thought and experience they have shown is remarkable. The staff are exceptional. They make you feel comfortable within your home, will help with anything and let alone looking after my husband they also take the time to look after me. It is an absolute pleasure to have them. The services of this company, management and care staff are attentive, professional and have great knowledge and experience in the needs we required for my elderly father in law who relies on the services of Valleywood Care. We have been using this company for some time now on a daily basis and care staff have always been punctual and most helpful even staying behind to help in emergency situations. On occasion, we have needed help and advise on care decisions regarding who to speak to within the NHS maze of departments and Valleywood Care have told us on occasion not only the right department but also the right people to advise us. Valleywood is a credit to its directors, managers and staff. I strongly recommend this company and hope they continue to set the high standard other companies can only strive to reach.
