I only used Valleywood Care Ltd for a short period of time but over the period I used them the staff were all extremely caring and treated my mum with the utmost respect and dignity. They did not just do 'their job' they talked to her and spent time with her putting her totally at ease at an extremely difficult time for her and were a great help to myself and sister. The management team were also extremely caring and the care package was put in place very quickly and efficiently and I would have no hesitation in recommending Valleywood Care Ltd.

Valleywood carers were very good. Always attended to my wife as per arrangements. Very professional and considerate to our problems. I would recommend this company.

We always found Valleywood staff to be friendly, caring, flexible and efficient. They worked hard immediately upon arrival. We were happy with their food prep and personal care. They would deal with any situation, only calling family if necessary. They had a genuine interest in the client, often talking to family outside the care setting. They adjusted their schedule to assist the ambulance crew when the client was admitted to hospital and to prepare for an out-patient appointment. The supervisory team were always approachable & friendly, helping with several issues.

We have been extremely happy with Valleywood care. They provide a service that is both professional and compassionate. The members of the care team are genuinely caring, compassionate, respectful and have a real commitment to support their clients cheerfully and positively. All aspects of their service are provided professionally and from the heart.

Valleywood have been caring for my wife. Jane for the past seven months, and I her husband can not fault them. They are all very good to deal with.

After over 5 years of regular hospital admissions, falls and problems with care companies what a relief to finally be able to relay in the knowledge that my brother is getting the care he deserves. This has taken a massive strain off myself and my other brother. Our brother has had no admissions to hospital and looks the best he has in a very long time. This is credit to the team at Valleywood and the watchful eye of the management team - keep up the good work guys.

My father is 94, bedridden + has dementia - not an easy client to care for, but I cannot praise highly enough the attentive care he receives from Valleywood Care. When he first became bedbound they even helped us to set up his bed and furniture in the living room. Two carers visit him four times each day and they are always punctual, caring, patient and efficient. They are easy to contact and quick to respond if there is an issue I wish to discuss with them.

Valleywood provide care for my three son's. The care provided is (5*). All the staff are excellent always someone to talk to communication trustworthiness. Stuart, office staff, care staff, team at Valleywood are incredibly care and compassionate thanks for everything.

Mum has had carers from Valleywood care for about 9 months and I can honestly say she has nothing but praise for them all. She is treated with dignity and respect and relays tales to me of their discussions and how they talk to her about their families and ask about hers. I would 100% recommend Valleywood care and appreciate how well they look after her.

Happy with all staff. Shown extra compassion during the recent loss of my husband. Only thing to fault currently is ruined carpet due to not clamping catheter bag. Overall very happy with care staff.

My mum has been a client of this company for a couple of years now. The staff are excellent at dealing with her personal problems and show her the utmost respect. They are genuinely friendly and professional. My mum enjoys the carers visits which gives me and my sisters peace of mind that she is happy. She also has chronic medical conditions which they deal with every day. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They were very caring and considerate could not do enough for him.

Everyone was excellent. They treated my mum with so much care and dignity. She always enjoyed talking to the staff she was alway well taken care of so I could have a small break. The staff always informed us of any concerns so we could pass any information to the relevent people e.g district nurses.

The care and kindness shown by the girls to Dad in his last few months was exceptional. I shall never be able to thank them enough.

Whenever we needed to contact the office they always answered and were so helpful and caring.

Valleywood help my wife to keep her dignity, despite being paralyzed and doubly incontinent. She is treated with respect at all times. The carers make sure my wife is always asked before any decision is made. They are always "upbeat" whatever kind of day they may have had.

All the carers who have tended to my mum have shown her the utmost respect, upholding her dignity, and showing kindness towards her in her frail condition. It's an extremely busy week and I'm writing this on Christmas Day but the carers we have had haven't shown the slightest frustration in working during the festive period they are truly worth their weight in gold, always cheerful and experienced which has allowed me to spend my mums final few days as quality time and I will always be extremely grateful for everyone going above and beyond.

I'm happy with Valleywood and for all the things they do.

The care my father gets is excellent. The carers are very patient and very friendly.
