The carers and office staff acted professionally at all times. The carers arrived promptly and treated my mother with gentleness and respect. She felt safe and confident with them. When there was a query over a possible health problem, I was notified immediately. At all times I felt supported by the
Bluebird team and am very grateful for their help in caring for my mother.

I would like to express my thanks for the kindness and compassion shown to my sister by Bluebird Care and especially in June when our mum passed away. She received a lovely parcel of gifts from Bluebird and a card telling her they were sorry for her loss. Their kind words and the personal touch meant
a great deal at a difficult time. We were so grateful when support was provided for the whole day of the funeral. Her carer went above and beyond to ensure that she coped at a time of great stress for her.
My sister struggles with technology so communicating with her is not always easy. The team at Bluebird includes a carer who has helped my sister with phone and social media access enabling us to communicate regularly.
It means a great deal to be able to keep in touch with her.
My sister was becoming socially isolated, now she goes with her carer by taxi to shops and cafes. The difference it makes to her happiness and wellbeing is plain to see.
I would highly recommend Bluebird Care.

The staff are professional and well trained. We've had the occasional problems with the frequency of visits (e.g afternoon and evening call being too close together) but this has improved recently. The company often goes beyond basic services e.g offering to pick up my mother's medication.

We spent the morning at "The Great Bluebird Care Bakeoff". Everyone we met was happy, friendly, and very welcoming. My husband has vascular dementia so we are now beginning to have help. We met the man from the dementia bus who gave us such an insight into what we could do in the future and we were
given loads of sensible, practical advice and not too much to overburden us. We are impressed by the carers we have met, all with interesting lives and so patient and helpful. Hope the salaries will improve! thank you!

These were domestic rather than personal care but they completed them magnificently.

I had Bluebird when my family were away and I will most certainly have them next time. Wonderful carers, absolutely marvellous. I knew who was coming and what time, and they were spot on the dot! They managed to do everything I needed in the time I paid for - fantastic. Cheery, chatty, kind, thoughtful
people. I cannot praise them enough.

The carers are very good to me. I get help to have a shower and sometimes they come with me to hospital appointments. They are all such nice people, they offer to do any jobs around my house as well as showering me. I find them a great help.

Bluebird Care has provided home care for my mum for 2 years now and I can only say that the care provided is of an excellent standard. All the carers work really hard to do the best for my mum which is very reassuring to me and my sister and it means my mum can continue living at home even though she
is 94 years old and has dementia. I would 100% recommend Bluebird Care as we've had various care providers over the years and without doubt Bluebird Care are head and shoulders above the rest.

The review seemed very comprehensive. My mother and I are satisfied with the service and the questions we were asked. My mother, as well as with many elderly people, need encouragement to eat and drink. The carers can do this if they have time to watch her eating - carers are very cheerful and caring
on the whole and sometimes need to encourage her a bit more.

Due to the increase in my father's needs, Bluebird Care (York) were the third care company we have used in York, and definitely the best. They did everything in their power to put together the non-standard package that he needed, and it was clear even from the initial assessment visit that they are
caring, professional and trustworthy.
Dad's carers were extremely kind, punctual, efficient and treated him with dignity. Bluebird Care is easy to contact at any time and the management, and office staff are always polite, friendly and helpful. We couldn't have asked for more from a care company and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
