My mother, who had dementia and mobility issues, was able to live independently for at least another 3 years beyond what could have been anticipated thanks to All Aspects Care.

The carers were 100% reliable and totally trustworthy. They delivered a suitable care plan based on my mother's needs which became greater as her condition deteriorated and they adjusted it accordingly. She looked forward to her daily visits.

The manager and her team were particulary supportive during a crisis e.g when Mother had a fall or had an illness and they would go above and beyond the call of duty until she had recovered.

My mother is now in a home and members of All Aspects staff still keep in touch with her in their off duty days. This underlines the true caring qualities of the staff employed by this first class organisation.

I would recommend All Aspects Care unhesitatingly. The carers are mature local women with a real sense for what caring means and a practical and common-sense approach. My mother has dementia and is attended by a small pool of regular carers so she is able to build up a rapport without the confusion and distress of finding a different person appearing at her door every day.

All Aspects Care Agency is excellent and we have been using their services for about a year-and-a-half. The ones who come to us really do care about Mum and are willing to do washing up or other household tasks. Our usual carer feels more like a family friend.

The management maintains a good, transparent and consistent relationship with the family, and are always very approachable and amenable to the occasional last minute changes.

Without them, it would have been a different story and we feel so lucky to have found them.

They are very supportive to clients family.

All Aspects Care have been visiting my Mother, who suffers from Dementia, since the beginning of December 2016 and I have found them to be an excellent company.

The staff are great and very caring, I have great trust in them doing their daily tasks looking after my mother.

All Aspects has provided care for my husband over the last 4 years. He has FTD and his condition is progressive, they have adapted as times have changed and his needs increased. They have provided exceptional care, demonstrated professionalism and most importantly maintained my husbands dignity at all times treating him as a person who has a personality. They have provided a consistent high level of service and for us provided a constant lead career, who is fantastic. In my view they are outstanding.

Thank you All Aspects Care, you certainly live up to your name. Having suffered two other local care providers, I can now say with certainty that All Aspects Care stand head-and-shoulders above them. We previously had safeguarding issues with the other care providers, along with a low quality of care as a constant concern.

Since working with All Aspects Care, not only is my 92 year-old mother receiving the highest standards of care, they also add value in every interaction. The staff are upbeat, and consistently take the time to interact with her. For the first time, we also happy to completely trust a care company to undertake their duties, and we have never been able to say that from our previous experiences with other care companies. On more than one occasion, they have gone beyond what is expected, and added value to my mother’s life.

We have been using All Aspects Care to provide care for my elderly mother in law for three months. This our first experience of the care system and we consider ourselves so very fortunate to have found this team. They are not only effective and clearly good at what they do but they are also friendly, understanding, flexible and go out of their way to be helpful. I feel totally confident that, as my mother in law's needs change over the coming months, All Aspects Care will be able to provide the support that she and her family need. At a personal level I have found the management team a pleasure to work with and I am sure that anyone in their catchment area that needs care for an elderly relative would find them equally pleasant. I know that if I ever need care in the home this care team will be my first port of call.
