We had a very good experience with the live-in carer who supported our mother on her discharge from hospital. Mum had been away from home for three months so coming back was a big adjustment and she was understandably anxious about how it would all go. However the Manager provided a reassuring presence
and helped Mum feel more secure. The Manager dealt calmly with the couple of emergency situations when paramedics had to be called. Mum describes her as 'very reliable and efficient, friendly and sensible' as well as a good cook! We were all sorry to see her go but are looking forward to having her help out again soon.
