My mum has had much better nights knowing she's in good hands.

We had two carers after my mum came out of hospital. The carer on the first night staying with my brother's mum and dad (dad not well either), my brother said she was great, very caring and helpful, and he was very pleased. For the next three nights, I stayed, and Ruby Care sent another carer; I can only say he was amazing, so professional and caring, and nothing was too much trouble at all - he even helped me with my dad when things got too much for me. He's a real credit to your company and loves what he does. You are very lucky to have these two that helped so much through hard times. Thank you so much.

The night care that was provided for my father and mother was fabulous all the staff were lovely and caring and polite I can’t fault anything about their staff and carers. Also, the management were excellent so friendly and helpful. I would recommend Ruby care to anyone
