I've been lucky enough to have contact with Ruby Care. One particular staff member is amazing and goes the extra mile to really help and make a tremendous difference.
I can't praise them enough.
My mum has had much better nights knowing she's in good hands.

We had two carers after my mum came out of hospital. The carer on the first night staying with my brother's mum and dad (dad not well either), my brother said she was great, very caring and helpful, and he was very pleased. For the next three nights, I stayed, and Ruby Care sent another carer; I can
only say he was amazing, so professional and caring, and nothing was too much trouble at all - he even helped me with my dad when things got too much for me. He's a real credit to your company and loves what he does. You are very lucky to have these two that helped so much through hard times. Thank you so much.

The night care that was provided for my father and mother was fabulous all the staff were lovely and caring and polite I can’t fault anything about their staff and carers. Also, the management were excellent so friendly and helpful. I would recommend Ruby care to anyone

I would highly recommend Ruby Care. The care team were so kind and so determined to help me and my family when we were at our absolute lowest and were so desperate for help and support.
Everyone at Ruby Care acted with kindness and positivity at all times. His main carer was there right until the end
with my dad and I couldn't have coped without her.

I would highly recommend Ruby Care an excellent standard of care and support to me and my husband was shown in the last few weeks of his life. It was a great support to have them by my side.The staff were so caring and kind.
