Great bunch of carers who are very good with my sister, my sister likes them all and gets on with all the carers, also the office staff are great, nothing is too much trouble, would certainly recommend this company to anyone who requires help and care.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear that your sister feels comfortable and happy with our carers. It's our priority to ensure that both our clients and their families feel supported and cared for. Your recommendation means the world to us, and we'll continue to do our best to provide excellent service.
We have been using Support at Home for a few years now with varying levels of care and support required for Mum. Initially Mum required a new hip so was not very mobile. Support at Home came and prepared breakfast/evening meal for Mum and did some general tidying up. The carers were cheerful, talked to Mum, had a laugh with Mum and generally looked after her very well. In the last month the care has become a bit more complicated with a catheter involved in the morning and draining it on day visit. The carers have taken on this responsibility and have sometimes had to go beyond when accidents have happened. They have performed these tasks willingly, ably and cheerfully. I know there are a few family members working for the organisation and I feel this makes them all want to do a good job looking after their clients and making the business work well.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We are delighted to hear that our team at Support at Home has been able to provide excellent care and support for your mum, especially during more challenging times. We greatly appreciate your recognition of our carers' dedication and willingness to go above...
I have only been with Support at Home for a few weeks and just wanted to say all the carers are lovely, trained well, and come on time to do all the tasks I need. I have had carers for 23-years, and Support at Home is by far the best. They have made me feel so much better.
It is an absolute pleasure to be able to support you, and we are really pleased to hear that you are so happy with the service being provided and that the support workers are able to assist you as you need them to.
Support at Home has been looking after my client (I’m her personal assistant) for just over 12-months now. During this time, my clients need have changed dramatically, but Support at Home have adapted to these changes to ensure my client is getting the best possible service, and all of her needs are met. Each of the carers allocated to my client is very caring and patient. The carers often have to deal with difficult or challenging situations, which they overcome with my clients best interests at the forefront. There is a strong admin team who are always on hand to resolve any problems or issues. I would have no hesitation in recommending Support at Home to potential future clients.
Thank you for such a wonderful review.
It has been a pleasure getting to know our mutual client and working with you and other professionals in order to find a way to best support her. We are so pleased to have such lovely feedback about our Support Workers; it is lovely to know that they are...
The carer my mum has been attended has been excellent, and they have formed a close bond. Support at Home has been very proactive since the pandemic and has taken all necessary steps to provide PPE and any other relevant safety measures for carers when attending calls. Any issues we’ve had have been dealt with professionally and resolved quickly.
We are so pleased to hear what a fabulous professional relationship our support worker and your mum have - this is really important to us, and we are thrilled to have matched your mum with a staff member so well.
Staff and client safety has always been...
This means my mum can carry on living in her own home independently, which is very important to her and to us, her family.
The last few months have been unprecedented and very difficult I know, for all care companies and staff, there has only been one time that her carer didn’t arrive, and this was quickly addresses when I contacted you.
Mum has had a dedicated carer for some time now and is very happy knowing that the same carer attends most days.
Both mum and I are wary of ‘new’ carers who are unsure of what they need to do as Mum expects them to know about her care plan.
I like the fact that each visit is an hour slot, and we have found that all of Mums carers are really good, kind, very helpful, caring and trustworthy people.
If I have any issues, I know I can ring the office, and they will resolve it. I highly recommend your company.
We are so pleased that you are happy with the service and the support provided and that the continuity (which is so important to us) is working so well for you and for your Mum too. We are so proud when we...
All staff have conducted themselves professionally and provide an excellent, caring service. They take an interest in him and always attempt to engage with him whilst involved in their caring duties. I am grateful for their bright, positive approach and hope this will continue as they continue to support me in caring for him.
We are absolutely thrilled to know that you are so pleased with the care and support provided to him, and we are so grateful for your understanding with regards to new Support Workers being introduced to him as our team in your area grows - we...
Since care began, small tweaks and teething problems to the care plan have been rectified immediately. Support at Home has been responsive to any changes needed.
We have electronic access to Mum's care plan, and carers notes are provided with mum's rota of carers the week before; so that we know who is due to visit Mum the following week.
I would certainly recommend Support At Home, special recognition to one lady for her help and support.
We are so pleased to be able to support your Mum, and are thrilled that you are so happy with the service being provided - that's really important to us.
We are also really glad to know that our processes have worked well...
