They are very good supporting my two young children, making sure they are ready and dressed for school.
Each weekend they take my girls to the park.
The field care supervisor goes above and beyond.
On my discharge, my family, who are scattered, voiced concern over my taking regular baths unaided and alone in my home.
Solution - engage a 'bath lady' for each evening to be in my home when I took a bath and make me a cup of tea before leaving.
Result - no worries for my family and luxury for me.
I have no complaints with the service provided and my parents are always complimentary of the Caremark staff who attend to their needs which is quite important to them. Occasional changes to the requirements are managed well. Keep up the good work, Thanks.

Meet the Team (1)
I have worked at Caremark Oldham for 12 years now and started my career here as a care and support worker. I love working in care and only live locally myself, so Caremark is a big part of my life. I progressed to an office-based role and then worked my way up. I finally took over as Care Manager in September 2023. The office team pride itself on ensuring high standards of care are delivered and that clients feel they are receiving person-centred care. Our CSWs are safe in the knowledge that we offer an open-door policy, which creates a nice working environment and staff feel listened to and supported by us. We have a fantastic team of care and support workers here who all strive for the same goals as us.
