Caremark Oldham

I have worked at Caremark Oldham for 12 years now and started my career here as a care and support worker. I love working in care and only live locally myself, so Caremark is a big part of my life. I progressed to an office-based role and then worked my way up. I finally took over as Care Manager in September 2023. The office team pride itself on ensuring high standards of care are delivered and that clients feel they are receiving person-centred care. Our CSWs are safe in the knowledge that we offer an open-door policy, which creates a nice working environment and staff feel listened to and supported by us. We have a fantastic team of care and support workers here who all strive for the same goals as us. Read less
