My carers are my lifeline. They are a true tonic, I didn't think that I have ever laughed so much. I look forward to their visits every day. They are my family.

My mother had a stay in hospital which required aftercare to rehabilitate. The home care team came in and cared for her so well, she was always afraid to accept help, but they were brilliant patient ad kind throughout. She led them in everything her fear was unfounded - She cannot thank them enough.

The best home helps I have employed as a service user over the last ten years. No complaints at all, workers totally able to work on own initiative but very flexible to supervision.
I can say with my hand on my heart, I am helped more than they realize. It might appear somewhat expensive but there is much going on in the background in terms of training staff and coordination and regular client visiting by management to check all is well, no charging for that.

In my view, Coast Home Care is second to no other agency, as I have had others which have been a shambles compared to Coast Care, whom I cannot fault for sure.
