Coast Community Care provided twice daily care morning and evening. From the initial meeting with the Dep Manager, they did everything they said they could do. The carers were professional, kind, caring, consistent, conscientious and reliable. They were also very respectful and treated my dad with dignity. The deputy manager was clear in her information and was all of the above, as well as understanding and empathic. They were also really helpful if we called the office with any question. Quite simply they have been absolutely outstanding and we have only stopped the service as my dad has had to go into a nursing home. I thoroughly recommend them.
My son has severe learning difficulties, autism and is non verbal. Since we have been having support our lives have changed for the better. The staff that work with my son are amazing and he didn’t take long to trust and build a rapport with them. At last my son has a voice through these staff members at his activity centre and college. I can go to work with the knowledge that he is in safe hands. Honestly wouldn’t know what I would do without them now!
My brother is having care from Coast Community Care. They are going above and beyond for his care needs. Well done to everyone involved and thank you for all your hard work and we really appreciate everything that you do.
One of our carers brought us a big pot of homemade high-cal vegetarian soup; it is delicious! And he's portioned it out to give us a reserve supply in the freezer.
This is far above and beyond any expected level of care.
Thank you so much!
Thank you so much for your kind words; we appreciate all of the feedback given.
I have found the help I am getting to regain my humble strength through my physio exercises is now beginning to work.
My brother and I cannot fault the care our mum received from all of the carers. They were so kind, caring and passionate about the care they care in Mum's final weeks.
Thank you.
Thank you for your kind words, we will make sure these are passed on to all of the team.
I have been very happy with the service received. They come in each morning, shower me and cook my breakfast and sometimes help out with some odd jobs.
I want to say my mother is the best she has ever been with regards to the care of my sister. My mum is 95 and has always worried about my sister but now for the first time in two years she is feeling settled and my sister is sounding calm and is really enjoying her carers. She is not feeling isolated anymore. Thank you, Coast.
Thank you for your kind words, we will make sure to pass these onto the staff team.
I want to say thank you to my carer, she does a wonderful job, she has been working so hard. I also want to thank the office for everything they do, I call them all the time and they are always kind like family to me. Thank you everyone.
Thank you for your kind words, I will pass onto all of the staff.
I have had much bad luck in my life and you people have come along when I needed you most, things were really bad but they are getting better, my carer is great. Thank you.
Some of the carers are very good, others need a bit more training. The older ones are more experienced, the younger ones need telling what to do.
Thank you for your review. We will endeavour to address the concerns you have made. One of our team will be in contact with you shortly.
We have only two visits per week but both carers are excellent. They struck up immediate rapport with our step-father in very different manners, they keep his needs paramount throughout their two or three visits, yet manage to complete all requested tasks with attention to detail. They have shown flexibility, understanding and most importantly true care and respect towards their client. My sister and I feel we can rely on them completely, a real bonus!
Thank you for your kind words, we will pass on your comments to the carers involved.
My care with Coast Community Care is excellent. I would recommend them to anyone. My carer is the best. I love them all. Nothing is too much trouble.
My daughter can't wait for Friday to come, so she can have a fun time with her support worker.
As Covid has stopped all day centre and all respite, I am glad to of found an excellent company with polite staff to help bather and help look after my wife and help me around the house. So glad you exist.
Always on time. Careful to wear PPE. Very willing and helpful in all areas.
From day one, the staff of Coast Community Care have been outstanding in the services they have provided for me. Nothing is too much trouble, and they are extremely polite, courteous and friendly. Their punctuality is exceptional, all of my needs are fully catered for. I feel very blessed to have such a good team and company reasonable for my care. Keep up the good work of high standards that you provide.
Thank you for your kind words, we are pleased you are happy with the service we provide at Coast Community Care.
I would like to have the same group of carers. I would like to have the same time slots for the carer visits. I don't know where I am, it is too difficult to read it every day.
My husband is kept clean and comfortable.
My carers are my lifeline. They are a true tonic, I didn't think that I have ever laughed so much. I look forward to their visits every day. They are my family.
