She is not always the easiest of clients but their care and accommodation of her needs has been excellent and her wellbeing and happiness is at the heart of the care given to her. The level of care has been increased appropriately over the years and she now has 4 daily visits. Her care manager, Lavern, takes a very close interest in her well being and keeps us (her POA's) informed.
It truly means a great deal to us to know that the care provided has enabled your cousin to remain comfortably in her own home, where she feels most at ease. Supporting her wellbeing, dignity, and happiness is always at the heart of what we...
My initial enquiry was dealt with very promptly and the setting up of the care package was very smooth. Since then everything has gone well and I have no complaints.
We are truly delighted to support at home with all aspects of daily living, be it big or small we are always here with a helping hand. It is also so lovely to be able to let...
The staff are professional and friendly. The personal care is excellent, the staff are well trained and supported by the management. I am very happy with the care I receive.
I will be sure to pass your kind words on to the Carers. It is a pleasure to provide care that meets the needs of our wonderful clients and we appreciate your time taken to share your experience. Thank you!
The carers are carers they have so much empathy, time and love for my mum .
Currently my elderly dad is in hospital and i know i can trust these lovely ladies to tuck my mum up at night . She sleeps well & i sleep well too
I cant praise Cura care enough
Thank you
Knowing that we bring you peace of mind, as well as care and support to your Mum, means so much to us. We strive every day to provide the level of care you've described, so thank you sincerely for taking the time to let us know. It is...
Our neighbour who sadly passed away in October used Cura Care for many years before his death, we gotto know the girls who attended him very well, I can honestly say everyone of them looked after him with great kindness and care also keeping us well informed of any problems he had, we know that he was more than pleased with the attention and level of care he received from them on a daily basis. It was a very thoughtful and nice touch that at least 5 of the girls attended his cremation.
It is a privilege to build meaningful relationships not only with those we support, but also with their families and those close to them. Please be assured that...
Overall, Cura Care were hugely supportive. Right from the beginning when arranging care, they really went out of their way to meet our needs in a changing situation. Mum has a minor physical impairment, but is cognitively fully with it, so they matched mum with a really suitable live-in carer, who could provide interesting conversation! Whilst we tried to arrange a "meet and greet" with the carer beforehand, this unfortunately wasn't possible to arrange. During the care, mum had an unexpected health emergency, with an ambulance needing to be called and then a few days in hospital. The carer was exceptional throughout; calm and collected when dealing with the emergency, communicative with the family throughout the situation, and really wanting to care for mum and do anything she could to help. We are hugely grateful for how she handled everything. This was an incredibly tricky period for the family, but it would have been impossible without such a capable carer who could really support
Thank you so much for sharing your experience with CuraCare, we greatly appreciate your time and lovely words. We are so glad the Carer was supportive and a good match for your Mum.Thank you again for choosing CuraCare, your kind words will be shared with the team and the Live-in Carer.

The Cura Care team have been essential in helping me to look after my husband, who has advanced Parkinson's with Lewy Body Dementia, enabling me to keep him at home. They are kind, caring and very efficient. They are very well-trained and understand the difficulties and fluctuations related to my husband's condition. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this agency.
Thank you so much for your kind words and glowing recommendation. We are deeply touched by your appreciation, and it means the world to us to know that our care has made such a positive impact on you and your husband. Our team is dedicated to providing the best possible support, and your feedback reinforces our commitment to compassionate and skilled care.
My husband, who suffers from Advanced Parkinson's Disease, has benefited greatly from the wonderful carers who support him daily and so have I. They are so kind, compassionate, and diligent as they work through his care plan, always with complete regard for his dignity. The staff liaise with me as and when they notice any concerns they have with his health. We consider his lovely carers as part of our family and we can't recommend them highly enough.
Thank you for your heartfelt message and for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are truly honored to hear how much our team has meant to you and your husband. Your recognition of their dedication, especially in maintaining your husband's dignity and keeping you informed, is deeply appreciated.
CuraCare has been providing nursing care at home for my sister-in-law from August 2022 until May 2024, when she moved into a care home. Her needs changed throughout that period, and CuraCare was always flexible in providing that care and would change their rotas at short notice. During that period, we met several members of their nursing team as well as the management team - and all of them were efficient, friendly, and polite. Above all, they put the care of my sister-in-law top of their priorities. I thoroughly recommend them.
Thank you for sharing your experience and for your kind words. We are honored to have been able to support your sister-in-law throughout her time at home, and we're glad to hear that our flexibility and commitment to her care made a positive impact during such a significant period. Your recommendation is truly appreciated, and we are grateful for the trust you placed in us.
The Cura Care team have been really good in helping to support my father to live at home over the last seven months. From the initial assessment down to the care provided, they have always given an exceptional level of service and have never missed a day's care. They have kept to the same team supporting my father, which has also helped due to his dementia and have notified me on a couple of occasions when he hasn't been his normal self, something that can only be noticed if the same people see him all the time. Thank you.
Thanks ever so much for your kind words Terry. It's been a pleasure to woek with you and your father.
Cura Care provided excellent care for my mother in her last eight months of life. I was impressed by their kindness, flexibility and reliability. I was able to hand over a lot of responsibility to them - this was crucial for me as I was taking care of my mother on my own. They were always easy to contact and would change their schedule quickly when needed. They assisted many times at short notice when my mother was discharged from hospital. Above all, the carers they employed were deeply caring, gentle and kind. My mother found great comfort and friendship with several of her regular carers. Cura Care always gently encouraged my mother to keep moving as much as possible. They constantly adapted to her ever-changing needs. I highly recommend Cura Care if you are looking for flexibility and friendly care.
Thanks for your review Ally and thanks for choosing Cura Care. It was a pleasure to work with you and your mother.
Cura Care have been looking after my mother since July 2021. The biggest compliment I can give them is that my mother thinks they are her friends. The care team sit with her, wash and dress her and hold her hand. They also alert the office manager to any issues and keep me fully updated. Both the manager and her carers I have the utmost respect for.
Thanks ever so much Richard. It's been a pleasure working with you and your mother.
Our mother was cared for by Cura Care for the last year of her life. We have nothing but praise for the staff at all levels. They showed great kindness, respect, understanding and professionalism. As our mother's needs increased, Cura Care were always happy to adapt the amount of care they provided. We were particularly impressed by the carers' system of assessing and noting her varying state of health and acting on this where necessary. As we, ourselves took some active part in her care, we very much appreciated the excellent communication between us.
Thank you so much for your review. It was a real pleasure to work with your mother and your family over the year. We wish your family all the very best for the future.
Nothing is too much trouble and we are completely satisfied with all aspects Cura Care offer.
We would highly recommend Cura Care to any of our relatives, friends and neighbours.
Thank you Susan for taking time to leave a review. It's much appreciated!
We find the staff to be courteous, helpful and efficient in dealing with all our telephone and email enquiries. The one problem has been with the accounting system but that now has been resolved, hopefully. The review in relation to the care is in some ways difficult since we are not "on-site" and the pandemic prevents us from visiting. However, we do not receive any complaints from our Aunts who would let us know if any problems arose. We are in touch with them on a regular basis.
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, Arthur. We have been grateful for your feedback which led us to improve our accounting process which now benefits all our clients and their families. We've enjoyed working with your Aunties over the last two and a half years.
Cura Care provides excellent quality carers whose professionalism and kindness are always appreciated by myself and my father. The wider support team are always on hand and keep in regular contact with myself and my father.
My father could not have had better, more loving care over the last two years of his life. Everyone at Cura Care (from the carers to the office staff) was wonderful - helpful, flexible and responsive to his changing needs. I can't imagine how we would have coped without them.

Meet the Team (9)
My core principles for ensuring high-quality customer service and first-rate care come from previous work in both the health and hospitality sectors, as well as personal experience.
Sadly, I had witnessed some poor levels of service being delivered to the older people in a care setting. I saw firsthand how moving an individual into unfamiliar surroundings, such as a nursing home, could lead to deterioration.
I have also been where many reading this are. I have personal experience of trying to find the best care at home for my grandmother. These combined experiences prompted me to establish CuraCare. Together, Ciara and I strive to deliver a service we’d wish to receive ourselves.
Socially, I’m a keen Scuba Diver, which ties in nicely with my fondness for travel. Closer to home, I enjoy catching up with friends, and I like cycling.
I am lucky enough to have firsthand experience of caring for my Grandad in his own home for nine years. Looking back, there was negligible information or support available to my family at the time. Therefore, I truly understand what our client and family can be experiencing, and I passionately believe in the value of the service our expert team delivers every day.
My early career in TV sports production & sports sponsorship served me well in honing skills which I now bring to bear in jointly running our award-winning, family-run service.
Adrian founded CuraCare in 2011, and we are still an independent business to this day. Together, we have done every role in the business. We truly appreciate our like-minded, caring and professional team.
Outside work, I love to travel, enjoy horse riding and singing, as well as attending sports events.
I am originally from Pakistan and moved to the UK in 2019 to pursue a master’s degree in international finance and accounting. Prior to this, I completed my ACCA qualification in Pakistan and gained valuable experience working as an auditor.
Outside of work, I enjoy watching cricket, swimming, and travelling. I’m passionate about meeting new people and learning about different cultures, which allows me to continuously broaden my perspective and appreciate diverse perspectives.
I’m passionate about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Working in the care sector allows me to use my skills in a way that supports a greater purpose, enhancing the lives of those who need care and support. I find this incredibly rewarding.
I’m the In-house Trainer at CuraCare. I joined the company as a Care Assistant and have progressed to head up our in-house training programme, winning a few awards along the way! My background in social psychology helps me understand people better and support our team through meaningful, effective training.
Outside of work, I absolutely love cooking, travelling to new places, and spending time at the theatre.
Whether I’m trying out a new recipe or exploring a different city, I’m always looking for new experiences and inspirations.
I’m passionate about helping others grow and feel confident in what they do. I love working in care because I love supporting people who are unable to live a normal life, by giving them the necessary support to live a dignified life.
I chose to work in care because I believe every person deserves to feel safe, respected and comfortable in their own home, especially when they are facing challenges due to age, illness or disability.
I was drawn to this field because I can make a positive impact on those who need it most. I enjoy getting to know our clients and supporting them to live independently.
Outside of work, I love socialising with friends and listening to live music. Summers are spent going to music festivals and enjoying being outside in the sometimes (most times) unpredictable weather! I am a lover of the sun and like to spend long weekends travelling to explore new places. But like most, I enjoy binge-watching series or documentaries to relax!
Self-proclaimed snack queen, serial series-binger, I am also a lover of a good belly laugh. I once finished an entire series in one night, snacks included, of course!
I used to be that kid who played every sport at school, basketball, netball, and even a little track (yes, I was that competitive). These days, my cardio comes from dancing in the kitchen or fast-forwarding to the best part of a show.
Music is my happy place, whether it’s setting the vibe, lifting my mood, or helping me through tough days; there’s a song for everything. I can name a song from a few seconds of the beat.
I love being there for others. Making people feel safe, seen, valued and cared for is a kind of impact that sticks and that’s what drives me every day.
I have worked with Cura Care for 4 and a half years.
In my spare time, I very much enjoy doing all sorts of creative hobbies, for example, baking and painting. My favourite thing to do is to make fresh bread with a variety of flavours weekly and hand it out to family to try.
I enjoy working in care because it enables me to make a positive difference to people’s lives. It is important to me to see other people happy, as that makes me happy! I feel satisfied that the work we do makes our clients ’ lives more enjoyable, which puts a smile on my face.
I have over six years’ experience working in the care sector, three of which have been with Cura Care.
I enjoy learning new skills, cooking, and spending time outdoors, especially during summer days. I am fluent in 6 languages. I am a huge fan of medieval television series and have a collection of A Song of Ice and Fire books by George R R Martin.
I was drawn to the healthcare space because I wanted to make a difference in people’s lives. To me, care work is a lifestyle, not just a job. I am passionate about supporting our care team.
I enjoy building strong relations with our clients and their families. It creates a sense of belonging and reduces isolation. I know what I do helps them to live independently in their own homes, and I find satisfaction in bridging that gap.
A retired Lloyds broker and business owner, I have also previously been a Director of a Cancer Charity, and Polo Club and a Residents Association Chair.
I somehow had time for hobbies, which used to include sky diving, skiing, windsurfing, scuba diving, underwater and land photography, safari, Formula 1, travel, cooking and politics.
Now that I’ve slowed down a little, I continue to enjoy F1, cooking, dining out, socialising and playing Bridge.
For almost the last 4 years, I’ve really been enjoying my part-time employment at CuraCare.
