We turned to Cura Care in order to arrange home-based care for our Mother. In her late 80's she had multiple health challenges and retained a great spirit to remain independent. Cura Care Management are first class and that's a huge part of why their team respond in a professional way. They are sensitive, professional, caring and efficient. It's a vulnerable time for a family - choosing care for a frail relative. These carers worked with our family to get our mother safely through the Covid-19 period. I recommend you talk to them if you need home-based care.
Thanks, Joe, it was a pleasure to work with your mother and with your family. We wish you all the very best moving forward.
As per our previous visits, we found everyone to be very attentive and caring at all times. The staff could not do enough, and they made a real effort to think and act ahead of my aunts need. I would recommend their service to anyone without hesitation.
I could not be happier to have them help me. I'm sure it's not an easy task to match people together. Caring for someone is such a personal thing and takes a certain type of person to be compatible.
As far as I am concerned, Cura Care does a marvellous job. I will most certainly recommend the company - as I was recommended to it by two of my friends.
They've been both professional and personal throughout my dealings with them, and both management and staff are always responsive and reliable.
All the carers are extremely patient and kind; they have a good understanding of their client’s needs, especially when dealing with clients with dementia like my aunt.
Every aspect of this service is well managed, the office team is efficient and helpful, and try their best to sort things out as swiftly as possible when needed. There have been some challenging times, but with the help of all at Cura Care, we have managed to overcome them.
I can recommend to anyone that is looking for care and support for their loved ones to use this company; as they all go above and beyond.
Cura Care offer a fantastic service, their carers are very friendly and the management team are incredibly accommodating and understanding. I would recommend them to anyone with a loved one who needs some home care, 10/10.
A very efficient and friendly service, nothing is ever too much and they genuinely care. Outstanding!
Everybody at Cura Care was very helpful at all times. When there were problems they solved them as quick as possible. Communication, which is a key issue, was always very efficient.
She looks forward to the visits and is well looked after. The individual carers are experienced and able to our mother’s needs.

My core principles for ensuring high-quality customer service and first-rate care come from previous work in both the health and hospitality sectors, as well as personal experience.
Sadly, I had witnessed some poor levels of service being delivered to the older people in a care setting. I saw firsthand how moving an individual into unfamiliar surroundings, such as a nursing home, could lead to deterioration.
I have also been where many reading this are. I have personal experience of trying to find the best care at home for my grandmother. These combined experiences prompted me to establish CuraCare. Together, Ciara and I strive to deliver a service we’d wish to receive ourselves.
Socially, I’m a keen Scuba Diver, which ties in nicely with my fondness for travel. Closer to home, I enjoy catching up with friends, and I like cycling.
I am lucky enough to have firsthand experience of caring for my Grandad in his own home for nine years. Looking back, there was negligible information or support available to my family at the time. Therefore, I truly understand what our client and family can be experiencing, and I passionately believe in the value of the service our expert team delivers every day.
My early career in TV sports production & sports sponsorship served me well in honing skills which I now bring to bear in jointly running our award-winning, family-run service.
Adrian founded CuraCare in 2011, and we are still an independent business to this day. Together, we have done every role in the business. We truly appreciate our like-minded, caring and professional team.
Outside work, I love to travel, enjoy horse riding and singing, as well as attending sports events.
I am originally from Pakistan and moved to the UK in 2019 to pursue a master’s degree in international finance and accounting. Prior to this, I completed my ACCA qualification in Pakistan and gained valuable experience working as an auditor.
Outside of work, I enjoy watching cricket, swimming, and travelling. I’m passionate about meeting new people and learning about different cultures, which allows me to continuously broaden my perspective and appreciate diverse perspectives.
I’m passionate about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Working in the care sector allows me to use my skills in a way that supports a greater purpose, enhancing the lives of those who need care and support. I find this incredibly rewarding.
I’m the In-house Trainer at CuraCare. I joined the company as a Care Assistant and have progressed to head up our in-house training programme, winning a few awards along the way! My background in social psychology helps me understand people better and support our team through meaningful, effective training.
Outside of work, I absolutely love cooking, travelling to new places, and spending time at the theatre.
Whether I’m trying out a new recipe or exploring a different city, I’m always looking for new experiences and inspirations.
I’m passionate about helping others grow and feel confident in what they do. I love working in care because I love supporting people who are unable to live a normal life, by giving them the necessary support to live a dignified life.
I chose to work in care because I believe every person deserves to feel safe, respected and comfortable in their own home, especially when they are facing challenges due to age, illness or disability.
I was drawn to this field because I can make a positive impact on those who need it most. I enjoy getting to know our clients and supporting them to live independently.
Outside of work, I love socialising with friends and listening to live music. Summers are spent going to music festivals and enjoying being outside in the sometimes (most times) unpredictable weather! I am a lover of the sun and like to spend long weekends travelling to explore new places. But like most, I enjoy binge-watching series or documentaries to relax!
Self-proclaimed snack queen, serial series-binger, I am also a lover of a good belly laugh. I once finished an entire series in one night, snacks included, of course!
I used to be that kid who played every sport at school, basketball, netball, and even a little track (yes, I was that competitive). These days, my cardio comes from dancing in the kitchen or fast-forwarding to the best part of a show.
Music is my happy place, whether it’s setting the vibe, lifting my mood, or helping me through tough days; there’s a song for everything. I can name a song from a few seconds of the beat.
I love being there for others. Making people feel safe, seen, valued and cared for is a kind of impact that sticks and that’s what drives me every day.
I have worked with Cura Care for 4 and a half years.
In my spare time, I very much enjoy doing all sorts of creative hobbies, for example, baking and painting. My favourite thing to do is to make fresh bread with a variety of flavours weekly and hand it out to family to try.
I enjoy working in care because it enables me to make a positive difference to people’s lives. It is important to me to see other people happy, as that makes me happy! I feel satisfied that the work we do makes our clients ’ lives more enjoyable, which puts a smile on my face.
I have over six years’ experience working in the care sector, three of which have been with Cura Care.
I enjoy learning new skills, cooking, and spending time outdoors, especially during summer days. I am fluent in 6 languages. I am a huge fan of medieval television series and have a collection of A Song of Ice and Fire books by George R R Martin.
I was drawn to the healthcare space because I wanted to make a difference in people’s lives. To me, care work is a lifestyle, not just a job. I am passionate about supporting our care team.
I enjoy building strong relations with our clients and their families. It creates a sense of belonging and reduces isolation. I know what I do helps them to live independently in their own homes, and I find satisfaction in bridging that gap.
A retired Lloyds broker and business owner, I have also previously been a Director of a Cancer Charity, and Polo Club and a Residents Association Chair.
I somehow had time for hobbies, which used to include sky diving, skiing, windsurfing, scuba diving, underwater and land photography, safari, Formula 1, travel, cooking and politics.
Now that I’ve slowed down a little, I continue to enjoy F1, cooking, dining out, socialising and playing Bridge.
For almost the last 4 years, I’ve really been enjoying my part-time employment at CuraCare.
