We have found Home Instead Wolverhampton a really helpful organisation. We started to work with them when our mom needed more support with her daily activities due to confusion. Although our mom was initially resistant to support, this didn't phase the lovely ladies from Home Instead! They slowly gained mom's confidence and were trusted to do more to support her. The staff were very understanding and also supportive to us (the daughters). The care coordinator and admin staff have been very helpful and flexible and quickly changed their offer as moms needs increased.
Thank you so much for your lovely review and kind words, we really appreciate it. It was a pleasure to be able to support you all as a family and we are delighted you were happy with all care professionals and office staff.

Thank you so much for you kind words Deborah this means so much to us all at Home Instead. It was a pleasure to support your mom, she will be missed by all. We wish you all the very best for the future.
A quality carer company that has provided compassionate and professional support to my mum's needs over the past few years. All the carers are reliable and have offered personalised assistance, ensuring comfort, dignity, and wonderful company over lunchtime. The company is well-run which values skilled staff, clear communication, and a commitment to high standards. The carers have made a meaningful difference to the day as well as supporting my sister and myself in the overall supervision of my 91 year old mum.
Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful words. We are delighted to have the opportunity to support your mum and your family over the past few years. It means a great deal to know that our Care Professionals have been able to make a meaningful difference and bring comfort, dignity, and...
Friendly caring efficient staff. They have been very supportive to the family as well as mum. They communicate well keeping us informed and have been flexible and accommodating if we've had to make any changes.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review, it's a real boost to our staff to know their efforts are appreciated and really making a difference to our clients' lives.
Everything from the first contact to organising a care plan, introducing the carers and subsequent visits has been handled with politeness, efficiency and professionalism. The carers we have are polite and at the times I have been there are extremely helpful in caring and making suggestions for adaptions to the care plan. Having never had carers before there was much trepidation as to how smoothly this change would take place but everything has gone well with everyone pulling together to make it work with hardly a hitch.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your experience with us. We are delighted to hear that you've found our team to be polite, efficient, and professional throughout the process. It's wonderful to know that our carers have been helpful and proactive in supporting needs and making...
Well I wanted to put the first names of every one I came into contact with, to say one BIG "THANK YOU" for all you did, from Office staff to Carers at Wolverhampton, I could not of asked for better, your help your care and communication was "EXCELLENT", It's my wife's Aunty and I could see she really loved the care you gave, "THANK YOU" Home Instead for all you do for people who need the care you "GIVE", Definitely Recommend.
Service provides a mobile app, which makes it easy to see what carers have done during each visit and they also leave notes in a diary provided.
From the first day that mom's care was started by Home Instead there was never any problems regarding carers. They were more like family.
Whenever additional support was needed for mom, I only had to give them a call and there was always a friendly reassuring voice at the other end of the phone, who helped provide that support as well as a listening ear.
I would like to take this opportunity to say a very huge and grateful thank you to all the Home Instead carers especially to the staff in the office.
God bless you lovely people for looking after mom. In her own words her care was Red Hot.
Hello Dorette, thank you so much for taking the time to write this review. Mom was a delightful lady, our staff still speak so fondly about her. It was our pleasure to support her in her later years. Kindest regards.
Home Instead carers have been excellent in providing and adapting their support to my mother over the last few years as her dementia and lack of mobility has progressed. They are reliable, compassionate and caring. Managers and office staff are always helpful and supportive. Regular reviews to her care plan enable changes to be made swiftly if needed. Thank you to all staff for your invaluable support.
Would definitely recommend.
The carers and office staff were excellent in supporting my late wife in her last few weeks. Everyone was so caring and compassionate during this difficult time. Thank you everyone else at Home Instead (Wolverhampton, Wombourne & Kingswinford).
We’ve had a very positive experience working with this company. Care for my brother was needed urgently and Home Instead were the only ones in the area who could rise to the challenge. Everything was set up promptly and my brother is very happy with the care he’s receiving
We pay a little more for the service than we previously did however we’ve found it good value for money. The old saying that you get what you pay for couldn’t be more apt.
The carers were totally reliable, punctual, proactive, kind and professional, which provided peace of mind for my cousin and his friends and relatives. Their main role was to provide personal care and administer medication, as well as cooking, cleaning, washing clothes and shopping. They also liaised with district nurses, local GP, pharmacy and other health professionals. Beyond that, they provided friendship and companionship to my cousin.
Home Instead Admin provided support and coordinated the team’s activities through reports they made into a phone app at the end of each shift. Admin were proactive in contacting me if there were permissions required or issues to discuss. It was also easy to contact them, including out of hours.
In summary, Home Instead provided an outstanding all-around service.
This care agency offered support and enabled us to help Mum and Dad live in their own home in the community, for the last 4-5 years. They gave me peace of mind, allowing me access to their app so I can see who was rostered on and any issues at the time of the visit were highlighted in their notes. The open and honest approach gave me reassurance. They are extremely professional, helpful and compassionate with their services. They offer safe and effective care and show empathy towards family members especially in our case losing not only my mum in December 2022 and then my dad in February 2023. I definitely recommend the Home Instead carers. Thank you.
They were excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. From time to time our needs needed flexibility which Home Instead easily accommodated. Thank you.
The care team, including head office staff, were genuinely caring about my mother. They were happy to accommodate changing needs and were pro-active about issues that arose, suggesting solutions to mitigate these.
I also have the reassurance of my caregivers taking me to doctors or hospital appointments if my husband can not be present.
I would recommend this service to anyone who needs friendly and reliable carers who genuinely care about their clients. The care provided is adapted to my mother's needs and they go above and beyond to meet her needs. My mother is an Asian lady and the carers have learned how to cook the food my mother enjoys for her, this has been a huge relief for us. All staff are friendly and approachable and have worked around hospital appointments and any other commitments for us. Their friendly company is invaluable for my mother.
I live 150 miles away, and because of Covid-19, I am unable to visit my mum at the moment. This is hard, but I find that reading the notes on the app on my phone is a huge comfort; as it lets me know that Mum is doing fine. Because of her dementia, she is, in fact, often oblivious to the lockdown and virus situation!
It is such a comfort to me to know that Mum is in such good hands. On Thursday evenings, I am clapping for my Mums fantastic Home Instead care team in Wolverhampton as well as the NHS and the many others who are helping to get us through these difficult days.
