I'd like to say again how grateful we are for all the care and attention that the team of caregivers and office staff showed to my mum.

Home Instead Tettenhall, provide a fantastic service to my family friend. They care for him like their family. The staff are so kind and do what they can to make him comfortable and stay safe and happy in his own home. Would definitely recommend their services. Office staff are all very helpful if ever I need to call the office.

We've been using Home Instead for 4 years now and are extremely delighted with their service. They've recently introduced a digital system that has given my family a lot more comfort about our welfare.

Just before Christmas Home Instead Senior Care stepped in at 12 hours notice to support my mother who became ill. Without their help, I'm not sure how we would have coped. Thank you to the manager in particular for sorting everything out.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care provided to my mum by the team at Home Instead of Tettenhall, Wolverhampton. From the initial interview with Mum and family whilst she was still in hospital, through to the individual attention of each carer. Every aspect was superb. They took the trouble to acquaint themselves with her individual character and personality in addition to her caring needs. Would recommend unreservedly.

They prepare my breakfast, whilst I shower, then help me to get dressed, which works well for me.

I can't recommend Home Instead enough. They went above and beyond for my mom. Her carers were so kind and thoughtful. I wouldn't have coped without their help, my only regret is that I didn't find them sooner!
