Very satisfied with the service I have received.
I have never been let down by non-arrival of a carer and all carers have appeared very close to the appointed time.
All the carers are very kind and perform their tasks professionally. At all times they are dressed smartly and are all welcome here.

Choosing the right care for your loved ones is a huge responsibility because you are putting your trust into the hands of people you don't know. From the moment we first got in contact with Above and Beyond Care we felt reassured and at ease.
The level of care and support that they offer is outstanding,
nothing is too much trouble and they go the extra mile to support the family in what are, very often, extremely challenging situations.
The whole team, both managers and carers have shown time and again that they are compassionate, supportive and proactive. This means that you can put your mind at rest in the knowledge that the care they are providing is of a very high quality.

Every carer is first class at what they do and nothing is to much trouble and they always are polite and happy while attending to my mother's needs they all deserve a big pat on the back they are far the best company

The visiting carers are almost always prompt and go about their tasks in an efficient but friendly manner, most of the carers have a lot of experience to draw on and can offer advice and suggestions which are often invaluable. The office support is always helpful and aware of our needs, responding quickly
to any requests for changes in rota and offer suggestions to make our use of the service more suitable to our needs.

No negatives at the moment other than, we think we should be informed if and when the carers are going to be late as on the odd occasion, for whatever reason, there has been no information forthcoming. On one occasion I did the complete care myself and the carer when she eventually turned up even put
in the log a half hour visit when in fact she was only here for 15 minutes at the most.
Other than what has been mentioned, overall, an honest and caring attitude by the carers is very refreshing.

My carer always comes in with a smile and hello and also asks how I am today. When I am having personal care done my carer always treats me with dignity. When I ring up I find the management very friendly and easy to talk too. I always look forward to my carer coming, as so caring and kind.

My brother-in-law has an involuntary bowel and dementia. The staff will greet the client, make a cup of tea, coffee and breakfast if required. Will ask to take him with help if necessary to the bathroom. If he will let them. If not they will suggest bringing a bowl of water to him, wash and pad change.
They mop bathroom, change bedding, clean sides down in kitchen and wash dishes, and will have a chat while filling in the care report daily.

I have been fortunate enough to have received care from the agency for years or cannot speak to highly of all their carers and of the organisers. They have made living on my own so much more possible and bearable than it would have been without their kindness and thoughtfulness.

The named agency is by far the best we have had, it gives excellent service and is extremely well run. Any minor problems which occasionally arise are quickly dealt with, they are very easy to talk to and very easy to get in touch with if needed. The care my mum gets from these carers is excellent the
carers themselves are very friendly and easy to communicate with. They give excellent service and have done from the day we started with them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I would like to thank Above and Beyond for a really supportive service in helping a family to cope at such short notice with my Dad's hospital appointment.


From phoning and asking at 24 hours notice for an escort to take Dad to an eye clinic appointment to taking him back to the home safely, your

staff have provided a truly professional service.


Above & Beyond when I phoned said I will try when many agencies just said no. For them finding the perfect person to deal with a very cantankerous elderly man who hates not being able to cope himself, I have to say amazingly my Dad really liked him, can you pass on my own and Dad's thanks to him. I would have no hesitation in recommending your services.


A big thank you as I was very lucky to have found Above and Beyond in what was a really stressful time.

Our parents were determined to remain in their own home despite increasing frailty and vulnerability. That was manageable until ill health struck me. We had to have help from an agency. Having previously worked in the care industry I was extremely vigorous in my researching I am very aware of the shortcuts
some agencies may take.
I selected ABC above beyond care due to the high CQC rating. Following an interview at our home and a second visit this time with my parents we were all happy to start the care required.
I am more than delighted with the agency and staff. They are all, without fail, friendly, efficient and professional. They understand the difficulty for my parents in accepting that they needed care in order to remain in their own home and have persevered when objection has been made by my parents on their more confused days. Their home appears cleaner, smells fresher, my mum's badly soiled bed is always freshly made up and the sheets laundered. This is not a nice task but it's all done with a smile.


I actually TRUST this agency and I do not say this lightly.
They are proactive, when they notice something we need to be aware of they inform us, not so we can deal with it as they already have, but to keep us up to date.
Both my parents are now really happy with their carer, in fact, they have requested we increase their visits.
The agency does half hour visits and is very conscious of small budgets and is happy to help for as few or as many hours as you require.
I am extremely happy to recommend ABC to anybody. They actually do achieve what we all want, perfect care for our much loved parents when we cannot be there.
