Very helpful staff, kind and considerate. I'm impressed by all contact carers using PPE during this virus.
Thank you for your review, we are very proud of our team especially through these challenging times. We have a fantastic team that takes wearing PPE very seriously especially during these dark days, keeping our clients safe.
Very good.
Friendly, kind and supportive.
Since I have been using the care service, it has taken a lot of weight off my shoulders. On the morning of each day I now have the carers each morning for 30 minutes. They get my wife up, showered, and dressed, which is a blessing. Every carer who visits is friendly and most of all efficient.
Mum seems satisfied with the care she is receiving. Mum thinks the girls who call are pleasant and attentive. Sometimes Mum will not ask for things because she thinks its a bother - I have reassured her that if she needs anything to ask, and if they can, they will. Only one issue a couple of times, carers have been late and she tends to panic, but this was soon rectified.
My experience of Heydays Care has only ever been positive and I would not hesitate to recommend them. The carers are all extremely kind and go out of their way to look after their clients.
Thank you Jackie for your lovely feedback and comment.
We always find the carers very professional, kind and caring.
Thank you for your lovely review.
I cannot fault the care that I have received. The carers have been warm and friendly and obliging in every way. I am very grateful for all the help I have had in assisting me to regain my independence and confidence.
Such lovely feedback thank you. It is always so nice to hear that our fabulous team are constantly encouraging our clients' independence and truly support our clients to remain in the comfort of your own home. I will pass your lovely comment onto our team.
The staff are all very good. Very patient at times with me because of my M.S. When my body doesn't work and I need more time to move they are very understanding as not to try and hurry me and not everyone gets it.
Lovely to hear, we always emphasize during training that good care cannot be rushed so its great to hear feedback that this is being delivered in such a great manner.
They are very caring and helpful.
Thank you, it is so great to hear such lovely comments.
I find all carers very helpful and supportive, can talk easily to carers.
Lovely to hear and we are so very proud of our team, and are very lucky to have such compassionate and caring staff.
Care provided through Heydays is excellent. Carers that come are extremely friendly. Nothing is too much trouble.
Thank you for your lovely review, it’s always great to hear that are wonderful team are doing such a fantastic job in the community and truly shows how much they enjoy supporting our clients.
Heydays have been fantastic with my nana since they started caring for her in October 2018. They have delivered an outstanding standard of care. They are reliable, friendly and go above and beyond for my nana. My nana's previous care providers weren't great, so she was a bit nervous of Heydays coming in, but it didn't take long for her to see the difference in standard and even began to look forward to their carers visits and refers to them now as more like friends than carers. Heydays are also great to speak to and work well with the family. If I have ever needed to speak to them about anything I've found them to be extremely approachable and friendly with a great attitude and work ethic. Could not recommend this company enough.
We think we have an amazing team so its great to hear what a good job they do enriching the lives of others.
Every carer goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are taken care of and I am grateful to call many of them my friends.
If I do have a problem, it is always dealt with promptly and fairly.
Thank you for the lovely comments, we are so pleased that our carers are seen as friends as this is a huge compliment to the staff and it shows the relationships that have formed are truly great.
