I find all the carers and staff at Heydays care are all very good and caring. I see quite a few of Heydays staff, and they always treat me with friendliness and care. I feel very well looked after. They will take me to the dentist or the optician and are always willing to oblige if my needs change.
I am satisfied with nearly all care and attention I get.
Kind regards,
Kelly.
I have always found Heydays Care and Support Services to be very caring and treat me with respect at all times, for which I am very grateful. They always take the time to chat and make sure everything is ok before they leave.
Kind regards,
Kelly.
Some carers' standards are not up to scratch, however, the majority are.
Kind regards,
Kelly.
Carers are efficient and almost always professional, lovely to have a conversation with, good fun. Occasionally one or two carers assume too much resulting in having to do things twice. Most of the time carers are very good at using their own initiative to good effect.
Thank you Helen, your feedback is much appreciated
Caring and good with communication with client and take time so never feels rushed.
Supportive of client and family needs.
If we have any issues dealt with professionally and promptly, very rare occasions.
Thank you, that's lovely to hear your feedback is much appreciated
Heydays is very good.
Thank you, that is very nice to hear I will pass this on to the staff
I have been with Heydays for over 4 years now. I am very happy with the service, staff are very pleasant and do everything required.
All the staff treated me with respect and were there when I needed help.
I have been fortunate in that the carers who come to me I regard more as friends. They will go to great lengths to ensure I am comfortable which I generally appreciate.
All of our carers arrive promptly and carry out the required tasks efficiently and pleasantly; they converse well with my husband and also with me. I think that good communication is important and builds up a friendly, trusting relationship. The tasks range from assisting my husband to get out of bed and to carry out washing and dressing daily, and to assist in the general run of the house - eg, drying, washing, cleaning floor and carpets, removing kitchen debris bagged up to outside bins so that the house remains clean and tidy for everyone's comfort.
Thank You, Freda for your lovely review, its lovely to hear such good feedback and I will pass this onto the team
Although the policy on washing up is to wash, dry and put away, I have asked the carers to leave them out on the worktop as I suffer from vertigo and cannot reach the high cupboards this has not always been done. Otherwise, I have found the care to be very good with some carers certainly going the extra mile.
Heydays have provided daily home care for my brother-in-law to live independently and safely. They have taken great care to get the detail right for him and ensuring the continuity of care and to the staff that make up the team. Staff are all very kind and thoughtful in the care and socialising they offer, this contributes greatly to his happiness and self-confidence.
The carers who visit to attend my gentle wife are all so good with her and understanding. She is one who never grumbles or complains but she has built up a wonderful friendship with all of them and looks forward to their most welcome visits. These people are second to none and nothing seems too much for them with their work. They are now much like family to us now. No, they are our family now, or much better.
Beautiful words thank you very much, I will be sure to pass this on to our wonderful team who in turn think the world of your wife
Heydays Care and Support Services have been wonderful. I was told by a friend of mine to contact Heydeys for help and support when my mum first got poorly and I cannot thank them enough. The work they do and care given is second to none!
We found all staff, management and carers very kind and supportive to both Mam and all the family. It's a very difficult decision admitting you need help, but so glad we did.
I feel well looked after; the carers were very nice and helpful.
After being with several care agency's, I changed to Haydays after a recommendation, and I have to say that they have been incredible in taking care of me and my needs. They do their very best to give me the continuity I wish for, mostly, and the staff they place with me have the right personality that I can get on with from the start without me feeling awkward. Also, my two daughters and friends comment on how great they all are with me. Very good.
I have found the staff pleasant and helpful. Very important when you are elderly and vulnerable.
I have found the service that this company has provided is of the highest quality and that I would recommend their services to friends and family. The staff are excellent and anything you ask them to do, they do it without hesitation.
Thank you for your lovely feedback. It is great to hear you feel happy with our service, and I will certainly pass the comments onto the team; it is always a pleasure to visit you.
