They have been very helpful regarding tests for Covid, I was pleasantly reassured how the staff waited for my test and reported the result to the management.
Overall we are happy with the standard of care provided by Bluebird Care.
Excellent communication from the office. Excellent care from the staff.
Bluebird provided personal care to my mother in law for 5 years. They also carried out chaperoned outings when her son and I were on holiday. The care management team were extremely dedicated to providing a very good service and the team of carers attending my mother-in-law carried out their duties to a good standard and were vigilant in noticing any problems regarding her health and reporting back to the office who always took the appropriate action to remedy the problem. I am quite confident that the care provided to my mother-in-law helped her to be able to live independently until she had to go into a care home at 101 years old. A big thank you to all at Bluebird.
Thanks very much for your kind words, it was a pleasure to care for your mother-in-law and we wish her all the best in her new home.
The staff were extremely helpful and fulfilled my request for overnight care at short notice. The overnight carer was efficient, empathetic and friendly, and treated my husband with care and concern. I was very happy with the service provided and wouldn't hesitate to use Bluebird again.
I cannot rate the Bluebird Care team highly enough. They have been caring for my 98-year-old father since April 2019. He has early-stage Alzheimer's and other health issues. I have complete faith and peace of mind that my father is in good hands. He also enjoys the visits. His morning visits include making sure he is up, washed, dressed, breakfast is prepared and medication taken. They always have time for a quick chat. The evening visits ensure he has a hot meal and he takes his medication. Dishes are washed, bedding changed, putting the rubbish bins out. If the carers have any concerns they contact the management who are quick to contact me straight away. The team are always on time and are professional and show care and empathy towards my father who is a tad eccentric and has always been very independent.
As a stroke survivor, I have been very pleased with the care I have been given during the past four years. My care plan is regularly updated and my needs are met. I receive a weekly schedule which informs me about sich carer will be coming and the time they will come. I am always informed about any changes which need to be made.

This gives me great knowledge, experience and understanding of each integral part of maintaining safe, effective person-centred care for each of our customers. I always ensure I take time to get to know each customer we care for and their needs, and I will always aim to go above and beyond to provide the highest standard of care.
