Everyone I have dealt with at the agency has been efficient, caring and helpful allowing my mother to stay comfortably in her own home.

Wonderful, efficient and caring Carers and Staff at Bluebird Care.
Husband needed to be looked after for a week while I had time away from looking after him. They cared for him very well and he liked having them around to chat with as well as help him with his medication and meals. I will definitely
be using Bluebird again when needed.

Bluebird carers and all office staff are always polite, helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. If you have a problem or query it will get addressed in a timely and efficient manner and any outcomes are relayed to myself at their earliest convenience.

I have used this company for ten years which speaks for itself. As a vulnerable, elderly person with no relations to give support, I rely on them as surrogate family. It has become my lifeline to remaining independent. Not only do they supply personal & domestic care but because I do not have a computer
or any other technology, the carers are always willing to source information or check concerns I may have. Emergencies including changes in schedules such as admission to hospital etc are always dealt with sympathetically & efficiently. Yes, it's expensive but I cannot imagine another provider would give more flexible very personalised care.

Many thanks to all at Bluebird who were involved in the care of my mother at home over the last 5 weeks whilst I recuperated from an operation. Their help and support was invaluable during this time. They arrived 4 times a day and were always cheerful, professional and willing to go above and beyond.

My Dad has been having Bluebird carers for over 6 years now . I have always been very happy with the care he has received. The carers go the extra mile to keep my Dad well cared for . The carers are happy , cheerful and respectful of my Dads needs .

The sitter for my wife, who has Alzheimer's, arrived before scheduled time. He was polite, well dressed & friendly.
He asked about toilet arrangements, & need for food & drink.
He arranged to show appropriate TV programs & play music for my wife who loves music.

We have been fortunate enough to receive companionship care, from two members of the Bluebird team, for the last six months. Both of whom are exceptionally good, they take him out shopping, walking etc they "put the world to rights" with their discussions. Plus they both like our cats and our cats like
them . They're always polite,and well turned out.

Area Manager is very helpful, easy to contact and always responds quickly, even at weekends.
We have one staff member in particular regularly and occasionally two other staff members. My parents love all of them, but are especially fond of the regular carer. She is very good with my dad and understands
him and is very patient with him. My mum has just started (this week) having the regular carer care for her also.
Would definitely recommend Bluebird Care

We consider ourselves fortunate to have some carers in our team who have been with us since we joined Bluebird over 10 years ago. Excellent service, I found the service provider to be of high quality. The carers treated my sister with the greatest of dignity and respect, no task was too much for them. They were punctual, compassionate, friendly incredibly competent and made the whole family feel that my sister was in good hands
right through her end-of-life care. My sister always looked forward to her visits. Thank you goes to the office staff too who were always there to offer advice. I would highly recommend Bluebird Care.

Exceptional competence from all the wonderful carers and duties carried out with the greatest welfare of the customer with detail to the customer's individual needs with utmost care, all with a happy, cheerful and professional manner. The office team and admin provider essential back-up to the carers
and notifying the customer of necessary changes needed with contact to occupational therapists and district nurses if needed. My mum was cared for by Bluebird Care for seven years, as care needs increased, Bluebird were there to support. Thank you all so much. Tremendous company, exceptional carers, lovely people.

Thank you so very much for all you did to make our family holiday to holiday park possible and as special as it was.
I am so pleased I was able to make my granny's wish a reality. I am so grateful for the excellent care you gave.
Granny loved the adapted lodge and it's woodland surroundings and
having us all around her, especially her great-grandchildren.
She enjoyed having a shower and being able to use a flushing toilet which we wish we could provide her at home.
Thank you for being so timely and for providing flexibility when required. It really was a fantastic service you provided.

Office staff have always accommodated any queries we may have had on any particular issues. A reasonably good level of consistent staff which has helped with the understanding of the user's regular needs. We have learnt the need for carers' notes to be very specific to ensure requests are adhered to.

Everything runs smoothly. Carers do a good job and are happy doing it. I get a regular rota so I know who is coming. Carers arrive on time and are very nice to my daughter and treat her with dignity. Overall we are very happy.
