Everything runs smoothly. Carers do a good job and are happy doing it. I get a regular rota so I know who is coming. Carers arrive on time and are very nice to my daughter and treat her with dignity. Overall we are very happy.

All the carers visiting my mother were kind and sympathetic to her needs. Visits were increased as necessary and the new carers were equally quick to form a relationship that was sometimes difficult to achieve. Well done Bluebird for employing the best!
The carers all seem great, however, one is much more shall we say 'laid back' on her visits, tending to sit and read the paper, rather than interact with Dad as the others do. The others are great at chatting to him, despite the fact that you can't really understand what he is saying. I've had a few phone calls from the carers when they've noticed something that isn't quite right. I appreciate these calls as again it shows they are watching out for him properly.
Bluebird Care has an excellent structure in place and they have been providing the care service to meet my mother's needs. The majority of staff are polite, professional and understanding. The management do their best to resolve any concerns and make improvements to maintain good standards.
Excellent service both with care and administration. All carers are very kind, caring, helpful, and dignified with their work. They are a friendly face to look forward to seeing. The office staff is very friendly and helpful with any queries and sort things out quickly.
They take their time to do the best job they can with no rushing.
The office will always try to accommodate any last-minute changes to time due to appointments or illness.
I would gladly recommend them to others in the area.
Generally a good level of service. The carers vary in experience and can vary in actions carried out. I don’t have a lot for them to do, but the majority carry out the tasks that I need help with. If I ask for help in other areas, the majority will do it for me.
I had to stay with my mum for 3-weeks during the Covid-19 lockdown because she'd had a fall and the paramedics did not want to take her to the hospital due to the coronavirus prevalent in the hospital. My mum had bruises, chest infection and a UTI. This then put me in the unusual position of seeing the care given to my mum by Bluebird. I can only say at how impressed I was with the support, care and time given to her; nothing was too much trouble, and she received outstanding attentiveness at all times with compassion and patience. Even during these difficult times, Bluebird sent in regular carers so my mum knew most of them and was, therefore, comfortable to have them in her home.
I wholeheartedly recommend Bluebird as a company, and although not the best of circumstances to have been in at the time, I am pleased to have seen how kind and caring the staff are who work for them.

Bluebird Care is extremely efficient in delivering personal care to my father. They are very patient with him and sympathetic to his requirements. They all say how much they enjoy visiting him. They are very quick to respond to any queries we have had.
