Both day and night carers have been helpful and considerate. We have always had. Both day and night cover but there has been some uncertainty on who will arrive for the night cover. It would be helpful if you could achieve more stability on this and provide us with a regular weekly schedule.

Bluebird has been looking after my dad for 9 months and were especially supportive switching to care for my mum when dad went into hospital for a short period. Then more recently when dad returned home but mum (his main carer) went into hospital. The team always kept us aware of the visit schedule, with the same key carers at each visit, were prompt, very caring and always listened to what my parents needed.

Carers are amazing, very patient, always make sure Dad is ok and has everything he needs before leaving, will always do as much as they can with times allocated.

From the first contact I've had with Bluebird, I've felt like my nan has been cared for incredibly. Everyone who I've spoken to from the carers, management team, out of hours, everyone has been helpful, supportive, friendly and efficient. Nothing is ever too much trouble.
Everyone at Bluebird is kind, caring and compassionate and my nan felt understood and respected throughout. It has been a huge relief for me to know that nan was being looked after by such amazing, caring and understanding people. I really appreciate everything they did and I can't thank them enough.

My mum has used Bluebird Care for convalescence after her operation. One member of staff was so kind, caring and compassionate on our first meeting that I knew this was the right option. Mum had two or three different carers over the last two months and they were all incredibly professional, kind, considerate and friendly. She is now back on her feet and no longer needs the support from Bluebird but we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thanks to the team, absolute angels.

Bluebird carers have been looking after my mother and my father for quite a few months, they are polite, helpful and their customer service skills are excellent. The office staff are extremely helpful and will always give advice and help when needed. I cannot imagine life without them and I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with their elderly parents. Absolutely great service.

I started my journey with Bluebird Care in 2010 as a Care Supervisor, later becoming a Care Coordinator and then Office & Finance Manager. Now serving as Care Manager for Watford & Three Rivers and Chiltern & Dacorum, I’m passionate about providing high-quality, personalised care that helps people live independently, safely, and comfortably in their own homes.
I joined Bluebird Care in June 2022 with a background in banking, finance, and 17 years in education and care. As a qualified Nursery Nurse, I supported children with complex needs. Now, I recruit and support carers, passionate about helping them thrive and proud to be part of a team making a real community impact.
I joined Bluebird Care in 2017 as a care worker and found my passion in homecare. After five years, I became a Care Supervisor. I support customers and guide our care team. I hold Level 2 and 3 NVQs and enjoy swimming with my son and family time.
I joined Bluebird Care in 2025 as a Care Supervisor for Chiltern and Dacorum. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and a Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care. I started as a Peer Health Educator in 2016, and since then, I have found my passion in working in healthcare. I am passionate about making a positive impact on people’s lives. I love to make people happy and help in any way I can. I’m all about listening, offering guidance and being there for someone when they need it.
I joined Bluebird Care in May 2010 as a Care Coordinator, bringing over 35 years’ experience in home care and advanced dementia support. From recruitment to coordination, I helped build our foundation. Over time, I’ve held various roles and now lead our Live-In Care service, ensuring high standards and driving its continued growth through experience and dedication.
I joined Bluebird Care in July 2025 as a Business Developer and Marketing Assistant, combining care experience with business insight. Having experience in 2014 as a Domiciliary Care Worker, I’ve since gained marketing experience and I am currently studying a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
