I have been very happy with the home care my dad receives from Bluebird Care in Milton Keynes. The care team have been kind and caring.

The carers are reliable, patient and friendly, and they treat Dad with dignity. They take the time to make sure he is comfortable and supported, while also keeping me informed when needed.

I have also found the management team to be very good communicators. They are approachable, responsive and always willing to listen and help If I have any questions or concerns.

The support they provide has made a real difference to Dad. I am very happy with the team at Bluebird Care Milton Keynes and would happily recommend their services to other families looking for quality home care.

I recently started getting help with Bluebird Care and I have been extremely happy with the service provided. My mum and I are funding life so much easier with the extra care and support provided by this service.

Really friendly and reliable, very patient with my mum who has Alzheimer's and can be quite grumpy! Good communication from the carers means they keep an eye on things when the family aren't there. Good for our peace of mind to know somebody is in every day. Well worth the expense.

We have only been with this service for three weeks and so far everything is good. Carers are very nice. Lile having the same carers as that helps my husband knowing who is coming to help him.

It was my first time leaving my Mum with Carers and I felt so at ease. The peace of mind was priceless. The team at Bluebird made everything so straight forward for Mum and I. Mum had such great care for the 7 days whilst I was away and I will certainly contact Bluebird again.

Our daughters arranged the care for my husband and myself while I was in hospital. I was my husband's carer and it was not known how much I would be able to do when I returned home. As it happened I was able to do more than expected and so we only had Bluebird about two months. I would not hesitate to ask for help from them again in the future if necessary.

I was in the dark regarding the care system, which was new to me, when it came to choosing a care company to meet my dad's needs. He came to live with us after being a resident in a care home for seven months but I was unable to provide personal care on my own. Following an initial meeting with the supervisor and my dad, I went ahead and booked Bluebird Care. The whole team of carers who visit are amazing and I have every confidence in them. Nothing is too much trouble, arrive with a smile on their face and a cheery "Good morning". They make sure dad is comfortable before they leave. I have also used their 'sit in service' on a couple of occasions, whilst attending my own appointments. It is comforting to know that dad is being looked after and I can concentrate on myself for a while.

Bluebird Care Milton Keynes are first class. I have nothing but praise for the care providers and contact with the office staff. From first contact to date, Bluebird have been totally professional and nothing is too much trouble. I have no hesitation in recommending Bluebird Care Milton Keynes.

The team have been highly responsive to our changing care needs and has managed to make additional visits on all the occasions I have requested them, including to and from hospital appointments. As the sole family carer for my mother, this has been extremely valuable. My mother finds the Bluebird carers very reassuring and kind. On the few occasions when I have had cause to comment on little lapses these have been dealt with immediately. Communication with the team is very good indeed.

The Bluebird Team has been supportive when helping my Dad with personal care, and have taken the time to get to know him and his ways. Everyone who has supported Dad has shown patience and respect, and it's reassuring to know he's in safe hands.

They think for themselves and go above and beyond and are really caring.

The team of carers came to assist my husband (who has Alzheimer's and Parkinson's) and myself (after a total hip replacement op), from 15th June 2024. They have been a fantastic team of Carers who have shown so much care, compassion and friendliness to us both. They have been such a help to my husband who enjoys walking with our daughter's dog. Bluebird Care provide friendly, professional care and support. They are flexible in the tasks they undertake and in adjusting visit times to suit the client. We would certainly recommend them as a care agency.

We have been so impressed with the care provided to our elderly parents by Bluebird Care over the last two years since Mum and Dad moved to a care village and have needed between two and four calls a day to address their needs, including Alzheimer's. The carers administer medications and carry out personal care and domestic tasks with compassion and patience. We are also so impressed with the management at Bluebird Care: the supervisor liaises closely with me and my sister ensuring we are aware immediately of any issues of concern and she works with us to resolve them quickly and effectively. She ‘knows’ our parents and has made such efforts to get to know and work with us. This is so crucial when you are relying on others to provide critical daily care to your parents without which they could not live independently in a care village in their own home in their late 80s. We cannot praise the supervisor enough for facilitating this and giving us the confidence to rely on her and her team to support our parents.

The previous carers she had had case to complain regularly but I can rest easy with Bluebird and do not have any further stress about whether they will visit or not. Thank you Bluebird I am more than happy with your service and would recommend them to anyone.
