Carer are very good. Experience, regular. Nothing more to add.

We are very happy with the service Bluebird Care provides. All the carers are friendly and caring and respectful of my relative's privacy and needs. They have alerted me several times of minor problems and concerns.

She is always prompt, efficient and willing to do anything I ask of her - time allowing. She has a pleasing sense of humour but always remains professional.

Bluebird Care is professional, friendly and reliable. When we initially contacted them for help during holiday periods (for short-term help), they help us when other care providers would not. I guess the other care companies were only interested in long-term care packages. Now that we need a long-term care package, we are able to rely on Bluebird once again. They have been a huge help to our family over the five years we have been using their services.

They have been of great help in supporting me as I know my family are in good hands and I couldn't ask for more, thank you so much.
