Our experience of Purely Care has been very satisfactory. All the carers carry out their work very expertly and treat my husband with respect. The carers' friendly attitude and understanding have helped me in these difficult times. My husband knows the care given is positive, accurate and supportive. The organisation maintains good contact and queries are answered swiftly and efficiently.
Thank you for your lovely review. We're delighted you had a positive experience with us. The carers enjoyed visiting you and we're glad we were able to support you.
We are pleased with the care my husband receives. The carers visit daily to help wash and dress my husband. My husband has reduced mobility and dementia and requires prompting as to what he is doing, and reassurance as he can become confused and anxious. The carers are helpful, caring and very respectful of his needs. The office responds to my requests to changes of time for visits which are needed when my husband has hospital appointments.
We are so please to hear that you found our carers helpful, caring and respectful. Your kind words mean a great deal to our team.
We started with day care, and after my mothers fall, we ended up having 24 hour care with a live in, for the last 18 months .
I cannot speak more highly of the care they received. Our live in Carer couldn't do more to help them, and the team that also helped out whilst she had her breaks, we're also all wonderful.
I certainly would highly recommended using their services.
Thank you so much for your kind review. Your parents were truly a delight to work with. All the staff miss them dearly. Your Mum in particular was always so warm and welcoming whenever I popped in to check on them.
Our family has been very pleased with the care my Dad receives. All his carers are lovely, kind and respectful - we're very grateful for all they do. I find Purely Care also respond to emails or phonecalls in a timely way, which is much appreciated.
Thank you so much for the feedback. I know the carers love their chats with Dad too!
Carers always very polite. Ask how I am each day when they come into my home and presence. They usually ask what I want and when to do and if I need anything else before they leave. I usually have the same carers so they soon pick up on my routine, know where food is kept in cupboards, clothes in bedroom. There are only a couple of faults I can state. One is not turning the microwave off after use. Two is not always cleaning kitchen worktop after use. Also not always being informed of time and carer change on rota.
Good, they take care of me.
Thank you kindly for taking the time to review us. Pleased to be of service to you.
The neighbour was quite a difficult person to get along with, so she needed to be handled carefully, which the staff did. I'm so very happy with the staff in sometimes a difficult situation.
I have been looked after very well and have been treated with dignity and respect.
I have enjoyed the company.
Thank you for providing feedback. We are delighted that you have been pleased with the care and had an enjoyable time.
Happy service. Carers are polite.
Initially, I was not keen on having carers helping me to shower but decided to give it a try. I have no regrets. The half dozen or so carers that have visited have been friendly, kind, efficient and punctual. I have been impressed with how quickly they remember how much, or how little help I need. They all seem genuinely interested in the activities of my family and happy to talk about their own families. The administration was not brilliant at first but has recently improved considerably. All in all, I feel in safe hands.
Excellent customer service. Very professional and competent staff.
I am washed and dressed daily and I receive the most wonderful care. I have made good friends with my carers. They treat me with respect and understanding of my situation and comfort me when I’m upset, I enjoy our daily chats. The administration team are helpful and accommodate my appointments and changes of plans. My emailed care planner is very useful and helps me keep track of visits as I have memory problems. Overall I am happy with the team.
My mother is treated with respect and kindness.
Really lovely ladies.
Very good service.
The client is very pleased with all aspects of the care provided. As a family, we are very happy especially pleased with all the 'behind-the-scenes' support. Purley Care really does go the extra mile to ensure excellent service overall. Thank you.
We have been very satisfied with the service, particularly the consistency of having the same carer for over a year, with the same replacement for holidays each time. Both have been very professional with a very supportive attitude.
Thank you!
My present carer would not be better. Helpful, kind and friendly. My health has improved under her care.
The care provided for my husband and the care received is 100%. Any queries you ring the office, and it is dealt with; they will ring you back. I have had other care agencies, but they are the best. I think they need acknowledgement; it's so easy to criticise and hear bad things, and not enough good.
