The care services provided by Compassion HomeCare in Orpington are extremely good, both carers and the support team in the office. We have been using them for ten years approximately. My mother enjoys chatting with her carers and they make her laugh (which is great). Apart from daily care visits, I
have used Compassion HomeCare for overnights and live-in care for when I am away. It's very good indeed. My mother is housebound and so the carers mean a great deal to her - they are all so kind and cheerful.

I am exceptionally pleased in finding Compassion HomeCare. From the very start during the manager's one to one visit to discuss my 97 year old mother's care plan it was clear to see the advantages of a nurse lead family run business providing a direct personal service. The carers are efficient and polite
and provide all the care my mother requires, allowing her independence at home. I am completely relieved and relaxed in knowing my mother is in such capable caring hands, and have no worries at all with using Compassion HomeCare.

As this was a totally new experience for us, the advice and support that the management gave us was superb as we were very distressed at the time. The staff were all tender, kind and professional with our 101-year-old mother which made it possible to keep mum at home in her final days.

We used Compassion HomeCare for about twelve months to provide daily assistance and care for my mother and father but for the last nine months (after my father passed) for my mother who became increasingly unable to care for herself due to dementia. From the beginning and the initial consultation, the
care was complete, it was all about how they could make life better in all areas and the compassion shown was truly genuine, we could not have asked for more. I could call at any time and nothing was too much trouble and because of that care my mother was able to stay in her own home as long as possible.

A lovely, lovely care company. They are small and local so you get to know all the staff, the carers and the managers. This was really helpful when dad was unwell. They were not only always there if we needed them but they helped me navigate the system to get other services involved. They've been a

I am very happy and satisfied with my live-in care and most of the carers who are here during my live-in carer's breaks. If not, and I mention this to a staff member, things are swiftly put right.

I have witnessed the care and support given to an individual when most needed and vulnerable, at short notice.
I have no hesitation in thanking Compassion HomeCare for providing flexible care, constant monitoring of the individual's requirements. Regular manager visits and a staff of happy, willing
carers, adequately trained.
The manager's involvement with friends and family who were constantly updated was also a priority.

My mum has been using Compassion HomeCare for the past 6 months and I cannot fault them. The carers are friendly, genuinely caring and go out of their way to look after my mum. The office staff are equally friendly as well as patient, professional and supportive. I honestly could not recommend Compassion
HomeCare highly enough. They have helped my mum stay in her home and given her a new lease of life.

My mother has had excellent service from Compassion Homecare over the last 2 and a half years. The carers are professional and dedicated, treating my mother with dignity and respect, but also being friendly and helpful. The office team and management have been so supportive and we have benefitted from
their advice and well as having extra help put in at short notice. My mother was able to stay in her own home for as long as possible thanks to their help and she was always happy to see them come. Compassion Homecare are well named.

From my initial call to Compassion HomeCare, I received a professional and caring reception.
We received exceptional service from the assessment to setting up the right care package for my parents. The attention to detail and understanding of their needs has made a massive difference to my father’s
care and my mother’s caring responsibilities. The smooth transition from one carer to another was seamless.
The daily care provided is always undertaken with dignity and respect.
