We appreciate and are thankful for the kindness and compassion shown to mum during her time with CHC.

My mother in law has now moved into a Carehome but our experiences with Compassion Homes care were extremely good. All the team members were friendly and professional and the app systems also worked well so that we were kept informed everyday about our mother in laws care. We would highly recommend Compassion.

We have been extremely happy with my aunt's home care from Compassion. Initially it was to help her wash , shower, dress. However it was increased as necessary up to 4 times a day. The carers are reliable, friendly and are willing to do anything that needs doing even washing up etc. They form relationships with the client and support them as needed. Communication with the family is very good. Everyone you speak to in the office is helpful and they return calls in a timely manner. Nothing is too much trouble. The manager is outstanding. She even visited my aunt in hospital. They gave us all helpful advice about my aunt's care and when it was time for her to go into a home. With Compassion we knew my aunt was safe and that they would sort any emergencies. I cannot believe how lucky she was to have Compassion care for her. Thank you for everything. I heartily recommend Compassion to others reading this.

Would thoroughly recommend this company. They assisted me with my aunt in getting washed and dressed in the morning. My aunt wasn't keen at first with carers coming in, but they won her over with their kindness and patience. They were very supportive to us both when it was decided my aunt would move into a home.

Most of our carers will always go the extra mile. The others all do anything that is needed.

We used the services of Compassion Home Care of Orpington from March 2024 until May 2025. We rate their services as very good. The carers attended on time in all weathers. The were kind, supportive and developed a good relationship with my wife. The management were always accommodating and flexible when roster changes were requested.

The lovely ladies at Compassion Homecare recently looked after my 95 year old Aunt. She was always reticent about having any form of care at home but the staff at Compassion Homecare changed that with their visits. They were very caring and took the time to listen to her needs and she thoroughly enjoyed their chats and visits. Looking to the future she is now very happy for them to visit on a more permanent basis. I would thoroughly recommend them and in fact, I already have.

Very caring and efficient carers. I have always found Compassion HomeCare approachable and easy to talk to. If any care needs need changing for Mum, they are carried out quickly with no problems. I have also used the company for the care of my aunt for several years before she moved to a care home.

I cannot thank the staff at the office and the carers enough for all their kindness, care and support for both my aunt and then my uncle. This meant they could both stay in their own home until the end. Thank you

Compassion HomeCare provided an excellent care service for my father between November 2024 and February 2025. They also looked after my mother four years ago. The care manager is very helpful, knowledgeable and professional and guided me through the process in a very supportive and friendly manner. All the carers are lovely and were so friendly, patient and caring towards my father, even though he had dementia as well as being frail. I would recommend Compassion HomeCare to anyone.

The organisation and the carers from Compassion HomeCare enabled my father to manage at home as independently as possible despite dementia for 7 years after my mother died and so he was left living alone - which is a triumph! The company and the carers adapted quietly but fully efficiently to his changing needs, sensitively discussing all with me and respecting my wishes for him. One regular carer in particular over several years provided him with continuity alongside efficient supportive caring that went way beyond what I could have hoped for for him. It still brings tears to my eyes, now that my father has (very peacefully) died, remembering hearing the warm respect in her voice every time she spoke to him even though he was increasingly lost in the dementia. The same warm respect that a few years earlier had enabled him to happily accept meals from her when he was struggling to continue to make them himself, without feeling any loss in his dignity or independence. Compassion HomeCare supported my mother from May to early July 2024. They had been recommended by a friend and my mother and I were extremely satisfied with the service they provided. Although initially the help from the carers was to be offering company and conversation and maybe taking my mother out for a short walk, when her health deteriorated they quickly changed their duties to helping her shower and dress, occasionally cooking light meals, making drinks for her, and doing some light housework. My mother found all the carers to be very willing, kind and thoughtful. I also valued the flexibility the office was able to offer in providing extra support when needed at fairly short notice. In dealing with the office, I was very grateful for the support and expertise they were able to give me, as a carer, as well as my mother. Thank you very much, Compassion HomeCare.

We've used Compassion Home Care for just over a year. My mother and the family have been very pleased with the service received. The update system is such a boon. It means we can log in and see how Mum is. Mum is registered blind but Compassion Home Care's help has meant that she can remain at home where everything is familiar.

I have been using Compassion HomeCare for the last three years and would not like to do without them. As I am prone to falling over they give me confidence, especially on the days I have a shower. When I needed extra help last year they provided it at once until I told them I could now manage.

I have been using Compassion House Care (Orpington) for the last 6 months and I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received. The team have been outstanding at all times and I have been very well cared for. Various members of the team have attended to me and have provided what is necessary at the time. For example, cooking lunches, helping with exercises, changing leg bags, cleaning the bathroom, ironing, hoovering, putting rubbish out, in fact, will do anything to help us out in so many ways. We cannot recommend them highly enough and will be forever grateful for their kind thoughtful and very efficient help especially when we were experiencing stressful and tiring times. The way they calmly and confidentially dealt with everything, took away any worries that we had.
