This became a short-term relationship due to my mother's death. During this time the team of carers carried out their duties with professionalism and compassion to my mother's needs. The management team are very compassionate towards the client's individual needs and very professional. The office environment is clean and welcoming with the employed staff presenting themselves with both friendliness and professionalism. I cannot speak highly enough of the care provider who has supported my friend with live-in care over many years. Their dedication, compassion, and professionalism have made an extraordinary difference, not only to my friend's wellbeing but also to the peace of mind of everyone who cares about them. From the very beginning, the carers have shown genuine warmth, patience, and respect. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure that my friend feels safe, comfortable, and valued in their own home. It is clear that this is not just a job to them, they truly care about the people they support. The continuity of care has been especially important. Having reliable, familiar carers has helped build trust and stability, which has greatly improved my friend's confidence and overall quality of life. Communication has always been excellent, and any concerns are addressed promptly and thoughtfully. It is rare to find a care provider that combines such high professional standards.

We have had some difficulties concerning the administration part of the service but this has now been fully rectified and we are happy with the dedication and help that has taken place.

One member of staff in particular, personally your involvement with my mum was a real bonus for us and your support at different times of need was truly wonderful and such a credit to Agape Care.

Very pleased with care provided by both ladies that have worked with Mum. Home well looked after, laundry taken good care of and Mum well supported in every day tasks, plus encouragement given to help out and maintain some independence. Care also taken to assure family all well, including asking how we are, which after a long while of looking after Mum ourselves through some difficult times, is much appreciated.

The last 6-8 weeks of Mum's life, as she entered the final stage of Alzheimer's, were a very difficult time both for her and her carers. They both showed immense patience and lots of consideration to try and keep Mum as comfortable as possible. They were attentive throughout the day and night and kept her best interests to the fore. Knowing that Mum was well cared for at all times relieved me of some of my worries through this time.

Always prompt - senior staff were here to check care needs on a regular basis.

We had carer visits twice a day over three months for my wife after a serious stroke. The carers were punctual and dependable. Two or three of the regular ones would have justified a rating of excellent from us and the rest good. All were friendly and ready to chat about members of our family and share photographs etc. We did not have a need for anything other than the personal care of my wife but they always asked if there was anything else they could do before leaving.

Agape continues to provide care for both of my parents, who have different care and medical needs. From the development and implementation of the care plans and to the individual carers delivering the care has been superb. All have been totally professional, extremely caring and very dependable. The carers are lovely and seem to overcome continuous challenges with a smile. They supply excellent service to my parents whilst providing peace of mind to the rest of the family. A wonderful company with wonderful lovely caring people. I would highly recommend and thank all the managers and carers for their support.

I am updated on my mother's care regularly. The team are always accessible and very responsive to queries. All changes to her care needs are communicated to the carers promptly. I think the app is great and it gives me peace of mind knowing mum's daily needs are taken care of. I can check it at any time of day.

My elderly father suffered with numerous medical problems, the main one being Alzheimer's dementia. The care and support his 24-hour carers gave him was brilliant. He wasn't the easiest person to deal with at times due to the dementia but was always treated with respect and dignity up until his death, couldn't have asked for anything more. Agape provided emergency full-time carers for my husband at extremely short notice which enabled him to stay out of hospital which was his dearest wish. Although he was only there 5 days before my husband died, the member of staff was incredibly kind and super-efficient - I cannot speak highly enough of him and I felt I had a friend for life. Another member of staff stayed two critical nights enabling me to get some sleep. I don't know what I would have done without her professional and gentle help. A huge thanks to Agape for everything.

My 91-year-old mother required live-in 24 hour care during the last year of her life due to vascular dementia. Agape provided wonderful carers throughout and my mother was shown dignity and respect whilst being cared for to the highest standard.
