Graham’s background is in business, where he trained as an architect and ran a busy Architectural practice, before using his management expertise to build and run a national charity in outdoor education and training.
He likes to support vulnerable people, and now uses his business and problem solving skills to ensure the Bluebird Care team are resourced and equipped to deliver high quality care for our customers.
Graham also wants to build strategic partnerships across the private and public sectors, to provide joined up services in Health and Social care, which are innovative and cost effective in meeting individual needs for the most vulnerable people.
Outside work Graham likes sailing, has been walking the Cornish Coast path with Carol, and is involved in community life through local church and club activities.
Carol is passionate about care in the community with 30 years NHS experience as a Health Visitor working with elderly, families and children. She loves to meet individual needs, finding solutions and bringing relief to improve quality of life for those who need it most.
Her second love is for teaching and mentoring, passing on her knowledge to a generation of student Nurses, Health Visitors and now Care Workers, encouraging them to provide the high standards of care she expects of herself.
She also has practical management expertise, working in multi-agency Health and Social Care teams, to encourage joined up services which can deliver high quality, person-centred care throughout the community.
At Bluebird Care Mid and West Cornwall, Carol sees these passions fulfilled in overseeing and supporting a skilled work force of carers to provide consistently high standards of care for our customers, who rely on us for meeting their daily needs.
Away from work, Carol keeps up with family and friends, and likes contributing to local church and community life. She has been walking the Cornish Coast path in easy stages, and enjoys fair weather sailing in warm places.
Sharon serves as Registered Care Manager, overseeing compliance and service quality to ensure excellent care for all clients. She provides leadership and support to staff, implements best practice standards, and monitors service delivery to maintain high levels of safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Claire serves as Business Care Manager, overseeing operational processes and supporting teams to maintain efficient, high-quality care delivery.
Collette is our Payroll & Finance Administrator, ensuring staff are paid accurately, managing customer invoices, and helping keep our financial services running smoothly.
Sarah S is our HR Recruitment & Publicity Manager, supporting our teams by welcoming new staff and helping share the great work we do in the community.
Sarah J is our Area Manager for Children’s Services, leading her team to provide dedicated care and support for children and their families.
Lindsey is our Area Manager for the Live-in Service, working closely with her team to ensure clients receive consistent, compassionate support at home.
Rachel is our Area Manager for Complex Care and also supports the growth of our teams as Training & Development Coordinator, helping us provide the best possible care.
