Bluebird Care Mid and West Cornwall

I look forward to seeing the ladies every morning. They are always cheerful and take an interest in my day today activities, we put the world to rights and share a smile. I always feel relaxed and ready to face even the gloomiest of days. I regard them all as my friends.

Since having Bluebird Care (which I thought I didn't need). I am helped to shower and hair wash with a delightful group of ladies. They all treat me with dignity and respect as well as being happy and having a laugh with me. I feel well looked after and am glad we chose Bluebird.

My husband is totally dependent on all of his day to day living and care needs. Both of us feel well supported by the management who always strive to accommodate additional requests and the companionship respite sitters and the domiciliary team double-handed 4 times daily. The staff members are very aware of the boundaries between work and personal relationships and respect them. They treat my husband with care and dignity in what could be quite embarrassing circumstances. We are very happy with the arrangement.

We are very pleased with the service we get. The carers are lovely, polite and considerate. We would definitely recommend them.

We are extremely happy with the wonderful care given to us by Bluebird Care Cornwall. Nothing is too much trouble for the team and they are happy to help with anything. We mostly see the same carers which is brilliant for continuity. I can't praise them enough. Carers who really care.

The whole team at Bluebird are great. The most person-centred care agency I have come across. The carers are very well supported by management which makes for great carers as they feel supported, valued and cared for themselves. Nothing is too much trouble. To date, we have been using Bluebird Care for my Mum 3 times daily for a year since she had a stay in hospital. The care provided is outstanding in every aspect - care, empathy, humour, interest, connection, attention to detail. Contact with me daily has been reliable and allowed me to live my life with confidence.

Bluebird enables mum to live in her own home with some independence. They are so cheerful and efficient and Mum enjoys the daily visit. They manage her washing, housekeeping and personal care, which is a great comfort. I know she is safe, comfortable and cared for in the truest sense.

I have been very impressed by the care that my husband has received from Bluebird. The carers always greet him with total respect and treat him with extreme care and dignity.

The Bluebird carers continue to arouse my admiration of both the organisation and the carers as individuals. The ladies have been caring for my wife since before Christmas and always arrive on time in a cheerful manner, which not only reflects their training but their attitude and commitment to their calling. The most difficult task for me is to nominate "carer of the month". They all deserve the title, every month.

The staff and management are always helpful. The fees are quite high but we feel we are paying for quality, well-trained carers that really care for their clients.
