Penrose Care provided me urgent home care service after I sustained an injury that left me temporarily immobile and distraught. As someone new in London, I was not familiar with NHS processes, but I felt reassured with their excellent service. Most importantly, Penrose Care helped me focus on looking after my mental well-being by taking the initiative to convince me to get out of the house to get some sunshine and fresh air.
