There were a few issues with times of visits being unpredictable, but generally things were ok.
Mum also seemed to have a lot of different carers rather than a regular team.
If there was a problem then I always received a timely phone call from the office and things were generally sorted out fairly quickly.
If Mum had an appointment then a phone call from me to QC@H quickly cancelled or rearranged the visit.
Mum has now gone into a nursing home after having further falls and needing more care.
We will take your comments onboard and will strive to improve in those areas, while continuing to excel in the positive areas too.
It was a pleasure to work with you all and wish you the very best in the future.
The staff are very efficient and tend to my parent's basic needs (washing, dressing, preparing meals, changing beds, personal care, putting washing on and hanging out, administering medication, etc) four times a day plus offering some chit-chat whilst there too.
I have always found the office staff to be very helpful and efficient when I have called and staff are very friendly when I see them at my parent's house.
The manager has always been amazing with her support towards me and my parents too by advising on questions I have and informing me of things I need to do/get for my parents to help make everyone's life a little bit easier.
Caring for someone as they do is not something I have in me so having Quality Care @ Home tend to my parents is wonderful.
As my mother passed away January 27th and was in hospital from January 2nd - hence retrospective, However, this has been the best company, by a mile, that my mother had. The carers were conscientious, kind and caring. They were always bright and happy on entry. Very efficient in the giving and recording of medication given. Cannot fault them in any way. Would highly recommend this company.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. It was a pleasure to care for Mum. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with her and miss her deeply.
