Crown Home Care is a Hampshire-based, independent, family run and private home care services provider with over 40 years of experience to offer you.

The company provide an extensive selection of high quality, flexible, responsive and cost effective in home care services for elderly, vulnerable and young clients. Solutions range from one hour visits for personal care and companionship, to more complex assistance including nutritional support, skin management and palliative help right through to 24 hour a day live in care.

A person centred, personal service: Care is all about you. Your wishes, along with those of your family and your supporting health and social agencies, are paramount. The aim is to empower you to enjoy your home, your independence and your inclusion in your community to the full.

We provide daily care and Live in Care the cost can range depending on the clients' needs.


The Daily Care is a minimum of 1 hour care calls.


The Live in Care is 24 hour care at home where the carers live at the property. Live in care to the South East of England.

Excellent staff and support for my mother. Timely, friendly, consistent staff, adaptable and feel like I can approach the office with any support or requests we may want. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

We have used the services of Crown Home Care for almost a year now, firstly for 24-hour live-in care for my dad until he died in March. The carers who came to look after him and my mum were wonderful - very professional, caring, patient and kind and the team at Crown were so helpful and supportive to
us all and pulled out all the stops to help get my dad out of hospital and back home for his last few days. We now have a domestic carer from Crown who visits my elderly mum for a few hours a week and we are very happy with this arrangement. The lady who comes to help her is kind and patient and very willing to help Mum with her meals, light domestic work and a bit of food shopping. I am confident that if we need to increase Mum's care Crown would be able to provide this for us. I have regularly recommended Crown to other people.

I implicitly trust the Crown Home Care’s team with my elderly mother's care. The individual carers and management have got to know my mum so that they can provide the best care and companionship for her. They show her respect and are kind and professional. Additionally, they have given me advice and
support when needed, helping by speaking to occupational therapist assessors directly to ensure the best assistance is also provided by the NHS. Mum has also readily accepted the team and looks forward to their visits.

A member of staff from Crown Home Care came to live in with me for two weeks last autumn to help me recover from an infection. The Crown managed to place the staff member with me as an emergency within three days despite the pandemic. The moment she arrived, I felt completely confident with her care
and her positive attitude was an important factor in my regaining my independence. She was an absolute delight to have in the house and we had a very good relationship. She understood and supervised my medication and ensured I had sufficient fluids, measuring my intake every day. Her personal care when I was confined to bed was professional and excellent. She encouraged me to mobilise and at the end of two weeks I was walking with a stick and she left me with a whole list of exercises to do. She put a great deal of emphasis on nutrition and cooked me delicious meals but encouraged me to increasingly do more for myself. Altogether I was delighted with her visit.

We have only been using Crown Homecare for the past 2 weeks after my frail father moved in with us but we are more than happy with the care and support they have provided. The carers treat dad with dignity, are respectful of our home and we feel we are getting the best care that we can for him. Their
attention to detail in the care plan means that little things that mean a lot to him get done. We have adjusted things over the fortnight as we have worked through getting a routine established with the care staff. We have a regular team of carers who Dad and I have got to know and feel confident in what they provide. The manager and office staff have also been extremely supportive to me, as a new carer and in working through the care plan for Dad's needs.

The considerate and very careful attention of all lady carers was exemplary, always seeking to provide the best and safest comfort for my disabled wife. Very nice personalities, all of them. My wife and I were so fortunate to have this provider assigned to her terminal care, shortened unexpectedly by
an early death. Moreover, the supervisory management of care was exemplary in ensuring that nothing that should have been done was left undone.

The management and caregiving team at Crown are superb. Professional, expert, patient, kind and flexible. The care, support and companionship they are providing for my mother is excellent. They assessed the need, made recommendations and have adapted the care for mum as needed. The regular updates
they provide for me are also a comfort. Knowing they are ‘on the ball’ means a great deal.

My elderly mother was still very weak and fragile when she came out of hospital in December 2019. Crown Home Care was recommended by one of my mother's friends. We decided that she needed 24-hour live-in care and the carer did a wonderful job. My mother was always very independent since my father died
five years ago so having a 'stranger' living in the house for three months could have been a challenge. She was caring, conscientious, an excellent cook and was a nice companion to my mother. Mother no longer needs a 24-hour live-in carer as she has recovered well and can be independent again, and I feel that the carer was a huge part in my mother's recovery.
