Overall Experience

The support we received from Bluebird, and especially the wonderful carer who lived with our Mum for the last 3-weeks of her life was excellent in all respects. It made a very difficult and emotional time easier to bear. Nothing was too much trouble for the carer who Mum considered a friend. The management of the services delivered was very good, and Bluebird gave us general advice and guidance, which was useful.

Overall Experience

Marina, Eni and the Bluebird team did a great job pulling together the support which enabled my godmother to remain at home. The carers were all professional, kind and friendly and cared well for my godmother. We had two fantastic live-in carers and then different carers coming in during the day and night, who were great. The Owner and the Manager were great supports throughout.

Overall Experience

The carers are great, so willing to do anything for me. I struggle with lifting anything and sometimes have days when I sleep in the chair. Nothing phases them and they are pretty good at discouraging me from overdoing it. The management team are also good and helpful. They keep me posted about any changes and are great when I contact them. I appreciate all that they do.

Bluebird is an excellent care company. Their carers are amazing, so caring, professional, kind and friendly. My mum has been given the best care from every single carer she has had. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Overall Experience

Good care home provider. Never had any issues in terms of their service or their quality of staff, which are well trained and experienced. Very punctual and always in full uniform. All carers take dignity and pride in their daily tasks. It is also good to have a permanent carer who knows their clients and it gives them that bit of security and safety.

Overall, I cannot fault the commitment Bluebird demonstrate in supporting and caring for my Godmother.
Office staff very friendly and helpful. But often seem rushed/under pressure. Sometimes delay responding to my emails.

OpenPass app is extremely useful for us to view the carer's notes for the day, but it does not 'refresh' and sometimes gives the incorrect time of the start/end of the visit. This is extremely disconcerting - particularly when an hours' visit looks like 5 minutes?

Bluebird has looked after my mum for 3 years now with little or no problems. After a spell in hospital, they have adjusted the care plan to suit very quickly and adapted to my mums needs well.

My mother was only with Bluebird Care for a short period before needing to go into hospital and then onto a care home for 24-hour care. We were extremely pleased with the care provided by the team, who were professional, understanding and caring. They were punctual but if the need or a crisis arose, arranged for a carer to stay longer.

We would certainly recommend their services.

Overall Experience

I had an operation on my shoulder which meant I had to have my right arm in a sling for six weeks. It is extremely difficult to do many day to day activities with only one hand.

Bluebird carers come in every morning and helped me put my socks on (impossible with one hand) and make me some breakfast. They did both duties with unfailing good humour. Thanks to them I recovered faster. Thank you.

Overall Experience

The care has been very good and has enabled the client to stay in her own flat much longer. Most individual care has been excellent. The Christmas day visit was highly valued. One or two of the carers need further training on interpersonal skills. The communication with the office has been first rate and the open pass reports are most useful and very reassuring especially when we were out of the country. We are grateful to individual carers who have given unstintingly to their own time in emergencies. Thank you.

Overall Experience
Bluebird provided carers for my father from October to July, starting with helping with showering and ending with three visits a day and overnight care.
All the carers were kind, helpful, prompt and efficient. The care package, especially towards the last few weeks, was organised quickly and professionally. The online access to Dad's care notes was helpful.

My brother and I would be happy to recommend the company.

Overall Experience

Bluebird Care Hounslow provided my aunt with consistent professional care and domestic services and I would highly recommend them. Both the carers who attended my aunt at home and the excellent staff in the office coordinating the service have all been kind and always go the extra mile to be of help. For example, when my aunt was unwell and needed paramedics to attend, staff ensured safe care, reassurance and stayed with her throughout. When she needed to go into hospital or on short notice was discharged the staff showed understanding and were prompt to reinstating the extra care hours needed. And when my aunt called the service confused and therefore embarrassed, the response was always warm and reassuring. A reliable and kind service which my aunt and I are very grateful for and helped her to stay living independently in her own home as long as she could. Thank you.
