Hello, I’m Julia and I’ve had the pleasure of being part of the team at Bluebird Care Mid-Essex since 2019.

Having spent the early part of my career in HR and recruitment in hospitality and then the NHS, I am passionate about making a difference in the quality of peoples lives.

I have worked for Bluebird Care since April 2018 and have worked in the care sector since 2006 and haven’t looked back!

I have 2 lovely children and 3 grandchildren which light up my day when I see them.

I am very passionate about my job, I have a real interest in Dementia, and have trained as a Champion in this area so I can share my experience with the team.

It is so nice to work with a lovely team at Bluebird Care, and I enjoyed my career progression to Office Manager in 2019. I love my job and I am learning new things all the time and enjoy the challenge it brings. Read less

Live in Care is classed as a significant purchase, and whilst more cost-effective than a residential setting the management of each individual Live in Care package requires a lot of time and attention. Whilst we are all well experienced in this service, we never lose sight of the difference we make in our customers ’ lives.
