Bluebird Care Services has provided care to my wife for the past nine months.
They regularly review their operational procedures to where possible improve the service.
We receive a weekly timetable of visits and they provide a nucleus of staff who know my wife's requirements.
The carers are excellent and treat us with respect, dignity and kindness.

I have in depth insight of how majority of agencies operate. What inspires Bluebird Care to be outstanding is their 100% quality care. Their precise listening skills is the key factor in keeping individual clients feeling rewarded and importantly restoring their independence and raising the clients self esteem, confidence and extensively feeling satisfied Bluebird Care operate their service on what the client requires and requests. Giving the client the choices in all the decisions, this made me feel a respected human being not just a client. The professional, well groomed staff with excellent listening skills always present themselves with a crisp clean appearance, adopting health hygiene at it's maximum eliminating cross contamination. Their constantly mindful of their duties the moment you open the door. They're reliable and prompt on arrival using excellent safe guarding skills making sure I am always safe, their thorough assessment full attention to detail of your wishes, safety, medication is all allocated in their duties they perform. I am extremely impressed and completely satisfied of their trustworthiness and respect they show in your home, respecting privacy at all times.
From their first visit to assess my father's needs, the staff at Bluebird Care impressed us with their professional and efficient approach. Everyone has been kindness itself, treating my father with patient understanding and offering much needed support to my mother whose world has been turned upside down by my father's failing health. The standard of care has been excellent and every effort has been made to accommodate my parents' changing needs. Some carers have been simply outstanding, bringing "life into the flat" and bringing a feeling of relief and security into my parents' often worrying world. We cannot thank Bluebird enough for all they have done and recommend their services without reservation.
Dad only had Bluebird care for a few days when he was extremely poorly. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, care and professionalism. They came in at the time arranged and without fuss gave Dad the care he needed, when Dad needed extra attention beyond what had been arranged, again it was all seen to with kindness and care. Hello, I’m Julia and I’ve had the pleasure of being part of the team at Bluebird Care Mid-Essex since 2019.
Having spent the early part of my career in HR and recruitment in hospitality and then the NHS, I am passionate about making a difference in the quality of peoples lives.
I am so very proud and privileged to lead a team of fantastic carers and support staff and the outstanding care each and every one of them provide to our customers.
I have worked for Bluebird Care since April 2018 and have worked in the care sector since 2006 and haven’t looked back!
I have 2 lovely children and 3 grandchildren which light up my day when I see them.
I am very passionate about my job, I have a real interest in Dementia, and have trained as a Champion in this area so I can share my experience with the team.
It is so nice to work with a lovely team at Bluebird Care, and I enjoyed my career progression to Office Manager in 2019. I love my job and I am learning new things all the time and enjoy the challenge it brings.
