I had CorderCare for my sister, who as Alzheimer'sAlzheimer's. They were recommended by friends who both use them for their parents. The ladies who come out to my sister were lovely and very understanding. When my sister was having an episode they stayed with her until we could get there. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed home care. The manager then talked me through next steps when home care wasn't enough for my sister.

CorderCare have helped me care for my Mum for many years. They have been and continue to be brilliant. All the Carers are lovely, kind , compassionate and very helpful . The management and office staff are really helpful and accommodating. Mum looks forward to the Carer's visits and loves chatting to them all. We highly recommend them.

I did not meet any of the carers in the first 8 weeks of my Aunts care but she did speak of them as being friendly & caring although, as like everyone else she had her own set ways of doing things & she did criticize i.e bed & porridge making. However, I did meet all those involved with her end of life care. They were exceptional, treating her with dignity & respect. They also made time for me too, offering advice etc on various matters.

Excellent service throughout. We are extremely pleased with the service provided. The team treat Mum with kindness and compassion, and will do anything for her if she asks them. We are extremely pleased with updates received after visits, meaning we can see what the team has done on each particular visit. We can't recommend them enough - they are very professional in all aspects.

CorderCare: we have been absolutely delighted with the service provided. The team showed outstanding care, kindness and professionalism whilst supporting my aunt to extend her time in her own home. CorderCare uses an App for relatives to view visit details such as times, interactions, treatments, food & drinks provided / offered and wellbeing. The team was very reliable and flexible. CorderCare girls are very friendly and happy girls. They are polite and well-groomed. They always carry out jobs when told what things are needed to be done.

Carers very friendly, helpful and obliging, always make sure I am comfortable and happy before they leave. Reassuring when I am feeling down. Use shower when previous care firms said they couldn't because of my disabilities. Can't fault carers in any way.

We have been completely satisfied with CorderCare, they are always punctual, professional and treat my mum with dignity and care. Found them flexible to my mum's needs and all the staff have been trained to the same high standard. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Thank you so much for increasing my Mother's care when I had a fall recently. There was no question that the extra care could be given and this was reassuring to both of us. My Mother really enjoys the carers visits and comments on how lovely girls are and the high level of skill they all have.

If they can, Corder Care adapt to what I need. They will increase visits when I need it, they do as little or as much as I need. I feel I am treated with respect and look forward to their visits each week.

I have found all the carers that attend my husband to be extremely caring and efficient. They are well aware of my husband's needs and deal with them in a cheerful and sympathetic manner.

The care is consistently good. The carers will do anything I ask and even jobs I wouldn't think to ask. They always come in with a smile and are cheerful. Then, if I am down, they always cheer me up.

The staff are reliable and cheerful. Always very ready to help.

I have been very satisfied with the care I have received from CorderCare. All the carers are extremely thoughtful and always cheerful when they arrive for their shift. They always ask if there are any particular jobs that I would like them to do. We always have a little chat if there are any extra minutes left.

Extremely excellent care. The carers, on the whole, are excellent in their treatment, always punctual. I am treated with dignity and compassion and as though I was one of their own family members.
