CorderCare have helped me care for my Mum for many years. They have been and continue to be brilliant. All the Carers are lovely, kind , compassionate and very helpful . The management and office staff are really helpful and accommodating. Mum looks forward to the Carer's visits and loves chatting
to them all. We highly recommend them.

I did not meet any of the carers in the first 8 weeks of my Aunts care but she did speak of them as being friendly & caring although, as like everyone else she had her own set ways of doing things & she did criticize i.e bed & porridge making. However, I did meet all those involved with her end of life
care. They were exceptional, treating her with dignity & respect. They also made time for me too, offering advice etc on various matters.

Excellent service throughout. We are extremely pleased with the service provided. The team treat Mum with kindness and compassion, and will do anything for her if she asks them. We are extremely pleased with updates received after visits, meaning we can see what the team has done on each particular
visit. We can't recommend them enough - they are very professional in all aspects.

CorderCare: we have been absolutely delighted with the service provided. The team showed outstanding care, kindness and professionalism whilst supporting my aunt to extend her time in her own home. Carers very friendly, helpful and obliging, always make sure I am comfortable and happy before they leave. Reassuring when I am feeling down. Use shower when previous care firms said they couldn't because of my disabilities. Can't fault carers in any way.

I have been very satisfied with the care I have received from CorderCare. All the carers are extremely thoughtful and always cheerful when they arrive for their shift. Kim has been working in the healthcare sector for over 20 years. Originally in the supported living space, where she gained her NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care. Kim quickly realised that care was a career she loved and went on to broaden her knowledge by moving into a domiciliary care role. This enabled Kim to gain her NVQ Level 3 and work her way up to a senior care position.


Kim joined Cordercare in 2014, recognising the company's genuine motivation to provide a high-quality service that people deserve. During this time Kim has completed her QCF level 5 and is proud to have the position of Registered Manager, leading the team to deliver the best care for the local community, every day.
