All good.
Very good always.
All the staff are very kind and helpful.
I have found the girls to be helpful and a pleasure to have in my home. Nothing is too much trouble and it is lovely to have a chat from time to time.
Staff are very kind, punctual and caring. Would recommend to others.
Very happy. Our new care team are wonderful with nanny.
My mother is very happy with their service and it has allowed her to stay in her own home. Having staff come in three times a day gives her the opportunity to chat and get involved with others, and allows me to get on with other things knowing she is being taken care of.
Since moving my care to CorderCare I have found myself being happier with less problems. They are second to none and feel like family. Thank you for making my difficult life a happier one to tolerate. Keep up the good caring work.
The overall care my mother receives is good. The only issue we have is the carers arrive a bit early as my mother who is 94 likes a routine kept.
After a string of unreliable private carers, we decided to employ and agency. After Cordercare started, we were immediately impressed with the level of service provided. Cordercare are professional, reliable and offer a friendly service of which we are very grateful.
The manager and team came to visit our home and met my husband in hospital in advance. They were able to give me advice about care and equipment in the home. We had a team of 6 carers who were punctual, polite, caring and compassionate.
They were all skilled in various areas of caring and my husband was treated with respect and dignity at all times.
All visits were recorded in a file, left at our home. The carers gave me confidence in looking after my husband for the last 8 weeks of his life. I will always be grateful for their help during this most difficult time of my life.
Our carer is a gem. Very competent, very caring and very understanding of mums vascular dementia. From the minute she comes through the door, I know mum is going to be well looked after.
The agency comes in weekly to houseclean, as my disability makes this difficult. Without a doubt, the agency is most diligent. The quality of work and nothing is too much trouble. I am fortunate to have discovered this very caring agency.
The care team have done an outstanding job for the care provided for my mother.
We entrust mum to them and they have never let us down. They advise us honestly and always support us. The whole team is genuinely concerned to do the very best that they possibly can for her and we have total confidence in them. We commend them!
I am very satisfied with the service provided.
As well as professionalism and knowledge the carers always show compassion and good humour.
A well run, professional team who are sympathetic and understand the needs of the client and family. They try to be as flexible as the service allows and listens to the client and family, they offer solutions and all carers do their best to provide a safe, happy environment for care in a client's home. Happy to recommend.
Very good.
I could not wish for a better service.

Kim has been working in the healthcare sector for over 20 years. Originally in the supported living space, where she gained her NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care. Kim quickly realised that care was a career she loved and went on to broaden her knowledge by moving into a domiciliary care role. This enabled Kim to gain her NVQ Level 3 and work her way up to a senior care position.
Kim joined Cordercare in 2014, recognising the company's genuine motivation to provide a high-quality service that people deserve. During this time Kim has completed her QCF level 5 and is proud to have the position of Registered Manager, leading the team to deliver the best care for the local community, every day.
CorderCare Ltd was established by husband and wife, Oliver and Joanne Corder. The driver behind starting the business was to provide a quality, person-centred care service that people deserve. The key difference with CorderCare is that our primary goal is not financial; we prioritise what we do based on our client’s needs, in order to improve the quality of life experienced.
Our directors strongly believe in making a difference in people’s lives, and it is this genuine passion that guides us in what we do every day.
