Bluebird Care Romford, Upminster & Grays Reviews (19)
Over all time Bluebird Care Romford, Upminster & Grays has 19 reviews.
All your carers have been very friendly and thoroughly professional and accommodated the needs of my wife in a manner that suits her. it has been good, for the most part, to have a continuity of the same carers who, thereby, become familiar with their necessary duties and know exactly what they need to do immediately on arrival. Thank you and keep up the good service!
Thank you for taking the time to post your review. We really appreciate your feedback. We would like to hear more of your thoughts if you ever feel like discussing how we can improve our service to reach five stars.
It gives peace of mind to know she is being looked after in a kind and caring way, and we are very happy with the service that Bluebird provide.
Find all carers kind and considerate, and do their job well. They always come in with a smile and are friendly. Happy Dad and chat without it interfering with their duties. Apart from a few issues along the way, we are satisfied with the care provided.
Bluebird has continued supporting Dad, and our interactions with all their staff whether carers or admin, have been first class. Always supporting Dad to continue his recovery with a caring and friendly attitude. Dad is gradually recovering his health, and this is mainly due to Bluebird Care. The app is also brilliant.
I have been with Bluebird for roughly 4-years, and on the whole, the service is very good. I think it helps to have the same carer every day, but of course, they cannot work all the time. I do realise that sometimes things go wrong, which cannot be avoided and try to be aware of this situation, I usually get someone eventually. The only thing is I don’t always get a call to tell me things have changed. Bluebird has been very helpful if I need an earlier or later call from the carer because I have an appointment to get to. They try their hardest to accommodate you. Once I have been washed and dressed, I can then get on with my day. I have only used Bluebird, apart from the carers they send you after you have been in hospital, you have them for 6-weeks, and I have always been glad to return to Bluebird Care.
I have had one visit per day, increasing to two/per day during the past year by very good, friendly and competent, mainly female, staff. My daughter reads the carer's notes every evening in San Francisco, where she lives, which gives her peace of mind as she knows that I am being well looked after.
Six months ago, I didn’t think my mum would accept outside care, but now she looks forward to the 4-visits she gets a day - the empathy of the carers and the support I’ve received from their office have given me the confidence to go back to work and slowly, as trust builds, after several years of being the primary carer, I’m getting my life back on track.
Thank you, Bluebird.
We were extremely happy with the service my wife received from the 2 girls that my wife had on a regular basis.
Despite only using Bluebird services for a short time, we have been very impressed with the service provided. From the first telephone enquiry to the initial consultation regarding our needs and to the carer who started exactly at the time requested and carried out his duties efficiently and with respect to ourselves. We would not hesitate in recommending Bluebird.
Bluebird Care is an extremely outstanding professional company. The staff are polite, kind and in my words ‘The Best’. I would strongly recommend them. They treated my mother with complete dignity and respect.
The carers always arrive on time. They work well and with regards to Mum, who appears to be happy with her care. I am always kept informed of which carers to expect at certain times. I like the way carers put their reports in emails and not in a folder as any problems which arise can be sorted out. The supervisor arranged for Mum's bed to have guards, something I appreciate. Everyone is friendly and professional.
Thank you, Bluebird Care.
The care support I get every day is excellent from a great carer - it makes a big difference to my everyday life and well-being.
My carers are extremely helpful on my daily visit each morning. Helping with my breakfast, my personal care to ensure that I am up and running.
Very happy with the care provided and especially the kindness and professionalism shown by the carers.
First I would like to start by stating that I always make positive comments. Most of the time, work is carried out in a good manner, but there have been some occasions when it was carried out below average by some of the carers. In the past, carers were leaving before their time was over. At the moment we are very happy with the carers that we have. No negative comments at all.
The agency carers sent to me are all experienced and carry out their duties with respect and friendliness. They know where everything is and get on doing the jobs. Totally trustworthy and very pleasant.
The standard of care far exceeds expectations and gives our family a complete feeling of confidence with the welfare of our parents. Nothing is too much trouble for the carers and management team alike with their prompt reaction to every situation. Totally professional and compassionate.
They are very professional and give good support to my father. They are flexible in their approach and are friendly in all departments and will always help with any problem if it is possible. I would recommend this company I feel very confident in their care they give my father.
